The globe is in an urgent need of sustainable and a smart development as the problem of pollution and global warming is rapidly increasing all over the world. A drastic climatic changes also been noticed and being experienced all over the world due to increase in the Green House Gases (GHG's). In the developed countries like United States of America, Russia, Australia, United Kingdom, there are already strict measures been taken to achieve a sustainable development and also rules and regulations are been made by their respective governments to support and achieve a sustainable and an eco-friendly development of their nations. However, in the developing countries like India, China, Srilanka, Pakistan, etc., they are far behind in achieving a sustainable development and eco-friendly constructions. Also, there is a lack of awareness amongst the people about this global issue in these developing countries. The studies and the research work in these countries is also way far behind as compared to the developed nations in the world. This paper presents the need of sustainable development all over the globe especially in the developing countries like India and China which have a huge land mass and also developing rapidly and heading towards becoming the new super powers of the world soon in the future. Also, it includes the sustainable and economic studies with references to the Indian contexts with a supporting live recent case study of a newly designed and constructed luxurious residential bungalow in a small town in India. The case study is specially selected as a residential bungalow which is designed and constructed as a sustainable and a green structure in a Pune in the state of Maharashtra in India as India is also known as a country of villages with a second largest population in the world. Introduction Disciplined human behaviour defines character that is necessary for achievement of organizational goals. In a school set up, educational discipline resonates with educational expectations. According to Mitchell and Bradshaw (2016), discipline guides learners towards self-control and ordered behaviour. They are therefore quite likely to achieve an ethical environment. According to Bell (2023), indiscipline among school learners is of concern worldwide. In this respect, school teachers normally apply different methods to achieve pre-determined educational goals. The headteacher directs either a disciplined or indisciplined school culture. This eventually sets the school scholastic tone that interprets the overall academic performance. Assumed to be the most educationally alert individual in a school(Rivkin, 2010), the headteacher's role is to prepare the environment for safe operations of further on-coming educational activities, key is preventing indiscipline(Bell, 2020).it is noteworthy that perceptions surrounding school indiscipline associate student behaviour . Implementing sustainable practices in rural regions is essential for ensuring environmental preservation and socio-economic stability, but numerous obstacles hinder progress. One of the most significant challenges is the limited access to financial resources, which restricts the ability of rural communities to invest in sustainable technologies as well as infrastructure. The lack of awareness and education regarding the benefits of sustainability further exacerbates the issue, as many rural inhabitants remain unaware of the long-term advantages of such practices. Infrastructural deficiencies, such as poor roads and unreliable electricity, make it difficult to implement and maintain sustainable solutions. Additionally, the deeply rooted traditional practices in these regions often lead to resistance to change, with many communities reluctant to adopt new methods. Geographic isolation also plays a crucial role in impeding the distribution and accessibility of sustainable technologies. Furthermore, the absence of strong policy support and government intervention leaves rural communities without the necessary tools and incentives to transition to sustainable practices. Overcoming these challenges requires a comprehensive approach that integrates education, policy reform, and active community engagement. Government initiatives must focus on providing financial assistance and infrastructure development, while educational programs should emphasize the long-term benefits of sustainability. Community involvement is vital to ensure the acceptance and success of sustainable practices, ultimately fostering a more resilient and environmentally conscious rural landscape.

The goal of image classification, a critical task in computer vision, is to group images into specified classes according to their visual attributes. To tackle this problem, a variety of machine learning approaches have been created, from more sophisticated models like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to traditional algorithms like k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) and Support Vector Machines (SVM). This study tries to give a clear overview of these techniques, describing their main ideas and workings. We contrast deep learning methods that automatically derive representations from the data with conventional machine learning algorithms that rely on carefully considered feature extraction. The main objective is to provide a clear and thorough description of the various machine learning techniques used to solve the image categorization problem.

Though most ESL learners desire a "native-like" pronunciation, researchers have observed that some may want to retain features of their L1accents as a means of maintaining identity. This raises important questions about the best ways to teach L2 pronunciation. Therefore, the aims of this study were to discover how pervasive a preference for accent retention may be and to identify possible reasons learners exhibit this preference. To accomplish this, a scale was designed to assess a preference for accent retention, and potential explanatory variables were identified. Analyses of 350 ESL learners identified varying levels of a preference for accent retention, and revealed three significant predictors of this tendency. This article explores possible reasons for the observed results, including an effort to unify the findings through what is referred to as a propensity for proximal linguistic status. Some considerations for ESL pronunciation pedagogy are also discussed.

Abstract: In Kerala rice is a staple diet. As per the information from Kalady Rice Millers' Consortium, 40 per cent of the consumers in Kerala prefer branded rice, and out of this Kerala absorbs only 16 per cent, the rest of the branded rice is from outside states like Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and West Bengal. Pavizham Healthier Diet Pvt. Ltd is the largest rice producing company situated in Eranakulam district and marketed their rice under the brand name Pavizham. The closure of one of the Pavizham rice mill at Koovappady village due to loss in the year 2021 has raised concerns about the brand equity of Pavizham rice in the market. In this context this research was conducted to study the consumer perception on brand equity of Pavizham rice by using the statistical tool logistic regression analysis. For the purpose of the primary data collection, a total of 60 consumers were selected from Thrissur municipal corporation area. The respondents were identified based on their recent usage of Pavizham rice, specifically targeting consumers who had used the Pavizham rice at least once in past six months. They were chosen from hyper markets, co-operative supermarket, and from private retail stores based on convenient sampling. The survey was conducted during the month of July 2023 by using structured questionnaire. The data analysed by using percentage analysis, average, index method, ranking method, Cronbach's alpha and ordinal logistic regression analysis. Today, India is one of the fastest-growing trillion-dollar economies in the world and the fifth largest overall, with a GDP (gross domestic product) of $2.94 trillion. Biotechnology (BT) and information technology (IT) are the key drivers contributing to this growth which constitutes approximately 5% of the country's total annual GDP. Indian biotechnology growth is fueled by bio-pharmaceutical, bio-industrial, bio-services, bio-agricultural, and bioinformatics, and among them, the bio-industrial area is one of the most promising and advanced. New approaches which Indian industrial biotechnology is exploring, include harnessing microorganisms for the production of value-added bioactive ingredients such as industrial enzymes, organic acids, bulk chemicals, and single-cell proteins, which have played a predominant role in the overall development of biotechnology after bio-pharmaceuticals. The above factors made India one of the world's top 12 destinations for biotechnology.
