Dispersible drug delivery systems are now widely used to improve drug delivery. Bioavailability and compliance with the patient. Dispersible tablets have evolved over the last three decades. Considerable recognition as a preferable option to traditional tablets and capsules due to improved Compliance with the patient, increased solubility and stability profiles. Dispersible tablets may be preferred Choice in particular with drugs that are sensitive to GI fluids, to mask the acrid taste of drugs, and to Patients in the categories of paediatric, geriatric, bedridden, postoperative and who may experience trouble swallowing traditional tablets and capsules. These kinds of tablets are disintegrating quickly to create the suspension in the water. Superdisintegrants are the most significant component of a dispersible tablet. Dispersible tablet on contact with water to become wet and swell extensively to disintegrate the tablet rapidly. This inspection includes a detailed updated concept of Dispersible tablets. The success and utility of the formulation have resulted in the yield of many dispersible tablets Technology. This review includes requirements for dispersible tablets, main characteristics, advantages, Limitations, formulation challenges, different innovations for dispersible tablets, evaluations, patented Technologies, and different points along the grocery store.

Plagiarism is widely acknowledged to be an enormous and increasing problem for education institutions (McCabe 2005; Judge 2008). A wide range of solutions, including several commercial systems, are proposed to assist the educator within the task of identifying plagiarised work, or even to detect them automatically. Direct comparison of those systems is formed difficult by the issues in obtaining genuine samples of plagiarised student work. We describe our initial experiences with constructing a corpus consisting of answers to short questions during which plagiarism has been simulated. This corpus is meant to represent sorts of plagiarism that aren't included in existing corpora and can be a useful addition to the set of resources available for the evaluation of plagiarism detection systems

Homo economicus, or Economic human, is the concept in some economic theories of humans as rational and self-interested actors who have the ability to make judgments toward their self-interest. The prediction of behavioural economics happened when the economics started to embrace the influences from the parallel social sciences like psychology, sociology and cognitive science often prevent people from making rational decisions, despite their best efforts. Behavioural economics is therefore a branch of economics that challenges traditional economic assumptions look at the social, emotional and psychological factors that influence the decision making, hence it does not give emphasise to the rule of optimum utility and people always have psychological bias that individuals make decisions based on unbounded rationality accurately processing all the information at their disposal. Once behavioural economics was a challenges to the traditional theories, but now it has matured into a growing field that tries to understand how psychology affects economic decisions.

Background: Osteoarthritis is most commonly encountered disease of the musculoskeletal system. Symptoms and disability in individuals with osteoarthritis increasing with age. The physical disabilities arising from osteoarthritic knee prevent the performance of daily life activities. Several factors play in the occurrence of physical disability in osteoarthritis patient. This include pain, restriction in the joint range of movement, muscle weakness, kinaesthesia and balance impairment. Many Treatments are available for treating Osteoarthritic knee such as open chain Exercise, close chain exercise, isometric exercise etc., but few studies comparing Kinaesthetic and balance and open chain exercises are done. The Objective of the study is to find out the comparative effect of kinaesthesia & balance exercises And Open chain exercises in reducing pain and improve the functional performance in Osteoarthritis in Knee. Methodology: This is a Comparative Study done on osteoarthritic patients of both genders with age limit of >65 and <85 subjects (N=30) were randomly design in two groups Group A (N=15) And Group B (N=15). Group A will be treated with kinaesthesia & Balance exercises And Group B will be treated with only open chain exercises for eight weeks. Pre and Post intervention outcome were major use VAS & WOMAC Scale

Introduction: Nutrient foramina of tibia are located in the proximal third of the shaft. In most of the cases nutrient foramina are located away from the growing end of the bone. During growing period 80% blood supply of bone occurs through nutrient artery. Through knowledge about the nutrient foramina and blood supply of long bone is one of the important features for success of new technique in bone transplantation and resection in orthopedics. Materials and methods: The present study was conducted on 70 dry tibiae (39 right and 31 left sided) of unknown sex from department of Anatomy of National medical College, Birgunj, Nepal. Study was done carefully for the number, position, distance of nutrient foramina from upper end and foraminal index of tibia. Results: In this study, a single diaphyseal nutrient foramen was observed in all the tibia. There were no bones with double nutrient foramen. 90% of the foramina were present in the upper third and 10% of the foramina were in the middle third, there were no any nutrient foramina on the lower third of the bone. 82.8% of the foramina were present on the posterior surface, 14.3% were on the medial surface and 2.9% were on the lateral surface. Conclusion: A knowledge of foraminal topography helps to preserve bone vasculature during surgeries. This increases the success of fracture fixation, bone grafting and knee replacement procedures involving the bones.

In total 33 individuals of Sarus crane recorded from Matar (District-Kheda) and Tarapur (District-Anand), two tehsils of two adjoining districts from the plains of Central Gujarat region. The maximum numbers of males 11(33.33%) were observed followed by 10(30.30%) females, 6(18.18%) juveniles and 6(18.18%) sub-adults during the time period of January to March of 2017. 25 (75.76%) Sarus cranes recorded in Agriculture field, 21 (63.64%) individuals in Wheat field and 4(12.12%) in Chana field, followed by 8(24.24%) in Waste/Fallow land. Different activities of Sarus Crane such as foraging, flying, courtship dance, resting, feeding and resting also recorded.
