 Abstract

As organizations increasingly prioritize environmental sustainability, they are incorporating Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices to create a eco-friendlier and responsible work culture. These practices aim to not only reduce the environmental impact of businesses but also enhance employee engagement, motivation, and overall performance. This study examines the influence of GHRM on employee performance within the Satna region by analysing various environmentally friendly HR policies, including green recruitment, sustainable training programs, performance evaluation based on environmental contributions, and active employee involvement in sustainability initiatives. To gain comprehensive insights, this research employs a mixed-method approach, collecting data from employees of HDFC Bank in the Satna region. The findings will indicate that the adoption of GHRM practices significantly contributes to increasing employee motivation, job satisfaction, and work efficiency. By fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and strengthening employees' commitment to their organizations, GHRM not only benefits individual performance but also promotes long-term organizational success. Furthermore, this study provides valuable insights for HR professionals, business leaders, and policymakers, emphasizing the need to integrate sustainable HR strategies within corporate frameworks. By doing so, organizations can improve employee well-being, enhance productivity, and contribute to environmental conservation. The research highlights the importance of aligning business goals with sustainability efforts, ultimately paving the way for a more responsible and successful future. Expected outcome: Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices will have a positive impact on employee performance at HDFC Bank in the Satna region. When companies use eco-friendly methods like green recruitment, training on sustainability, and evaluating employees based on their environmental contributions, it makes employees feel more motivated and connected to their work. For example, if HDFC Bank provides training on saving energy or reducing paper waste, employees may feel proud to be part of a responsible organization. This can lead to better job satisfaction, increased efficiency, and stronger commitment to the company. Employees who take part in green initiatives are more likely to perform better and stay loyal to the company. The study is also expected to help HR managers and business leaders understand how green practices can improve both employee well-being and business success, while also supporting environmental protection goals.

 Abstract

The growth in technology has explored many investment options for individuals to invest their savings in various financial platforms to earn extra returns on them. The youth adults however lack financial literacy and portfolio management skills, hence to increase financial awareness their primary source of information turns out to be their social circles, financial influencers, social media, etc. The objective of the research study is to analyse the impact of finfluencers and the role of factors which influenced the investment decisions of individuals while investing their savings in securities and stock market. The study also investigates the satisfaction level among the respondents post considering the suggestions provided by finfluencers through their content posted by them in different platforms. Survey approach was adopted to collect primary data by sending questionnaire to respondents. The study uses frequency tables and graphs to represent the data collected from the respondents and provide conclusions post summarizing and testing the data gathered by respondents using chi-square test and Kruskal Wallis h-test. After analysing the data collected, it was concluded that although a majority number of respondents did not followed finfluencers actively on various social media platforms still, they considered their recommendations to conclude their investment decisions. The study also revealed that the advice provided by finfluencers motivated the respondents to learn more about different investment options and schemes which are available to them and better understand the working of financial markets and structures.

 Abstract

Mughal art, renowned for its fusion of Persian, Central Asian, and Indian aesthetics, has left a profound and enduring mark on India's visual and material culture--particularly in the realm of fashion. The elaborate ornamentation, signature motifs, luxurious textiles, and elegant silhouettes rooted in the Mughal period continue to inspire contemporary fashion designers. Miniature paintings from the Mughal era depict scenes from court life, mythological tales, and intricate floral motifs, all of which find resonance in modern attire. This paper explores the sustained relevance of Mughal art in Indian fashion, tracing its origins, colonial disruptions, revivalist movements post-independence, and its contemporary reimagining by modern designers. Through visual and cultural analysis, case studies, and documentation of heritage craft clusters, this research underscores the importance of preserving Mughal influence as both a creative reservoir and a cultural identity marker. The study also advocates for its inclusion in design education and its positioning within sustainable fashion frameworks.

 Abstract

Time crystals challenge traditional ideas of how matter behaves by introducing periodic motion not in space, but in time. These fascinating quantum systems display temporal regularity even when they are not supplied with energy, defying classical expectations of stability in ground states. First introduced as a theoretical concept by Frank Wilczek in 2012, time crystals were initially dismissed as impossible. However, within a few years, experimental physicists achieved tangible results, bringing this unique state of matter to life. This paper outlines the theory behind time crystals, their experimental confirmation, and the exciting new questions they raise about the boundaries of symmetry and motion in physics.

 Abstract

Male infertility, particularly of idiopathic or psychosomatic origin, poses a growing challenge in reproductive medicine. The association between psychological stress and male reproductive dysfunction is well-documented yet remains inadequately addressed in mainstream healthcare. This case study explores the Ayurvedic management of a 31-year-old male presenting with primary infertility and Chittodvega (anxiety), categorized under Manas Vikar Janya Vandhyatva in Ayurveda. A holistic Ayurvedic protocol comprising Shodhana therapy (Yoga Basti), Shamana (oral Rasayana and Vajikarana medications), and Satvavajaya Chikitsa (psychological interventions) was administered. Complementary modern pharmacotherapy, including Lopez-MD and Addyzoa, was initially provided. Marked improvement was observed in semen parameters, libido, and psychological well-being over six months. Natural conception was achieved, indicating the potential efficacy of integrated Ayurvedic management. This case supports the relevance of addressing the psychoneuroendocrine axis in male infertility. A tailored Ayurvedic regimen targeting both somatic and psychological dimensions may offer a viable therapeutic alternative

 Abstract

Mosquito-borne diseases pose a significant threat to public health, necessitating thedevelopment of effective and eco-friendly mosquito control solutions. This study explores the formulation of a herbal mosquito repellent candle incorporating neem (Azadirachta indica) and cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) extracts as active ingredients. These botanical extracts are known for their strong insecticidal and repellent properties. The candle was prepared using natural wax as a base, ensuring a sustainable and non-toxic alternative to synthetic repellents. The effectiveness of the formulated candle was evaluated through mosquito repellent tests and anti-larval study. The mosquito repellent test assessed the ability of the candle to deter adult mosquitoes, while the anti-larval test determined the growth and survival of mosquito larvae that confirming the dual action of the candle as both a repellent and a larvicide. This research highlights the potential of herbal-based mosquito control strategies as an environmentally friendly and health-conscious alternative to chemical repellents. The neem and cinnamon- i.Modern and conventional herbal therapy for illness prevention primarily derives from herbal plants, which contain a variety of biologically active substances that are beneficial for enhancing one's quality of life. as an environmentally responsible substitute for chemical repellents. Combining a suitable wax base for maximum burning, the candle contains a blend of natural essential oils, such as lemon, lavender, and rosemary, that are known for their ability to repel insects. The number of illnesses brought on by mosquitoes is increasing day by day.Yellow fever, dengue, zika virus, filariasis, malaria, and chicken-gunya are among the illnesses that are frequently brought on by mosquitoes.
