 Abstract

The Smart Cloud File Storage with Face Recognition Security system is designed to provide secure, user-authenticated access to files using advanced biometric verification. In today's digital world, where data privacy and cyber-security are crucial, traditional password-based systems often fail to offer robust protection. This project presents a smart solution integrating real-time facial recognition into the file access workflow, ensuring only authorized users can store or retrieve files. The system utilizes computer vision techniques through OpenCV and the face_recognition Python library to capture and match facial features during login or registration. A web-based interface powered by Flask offers user registration, face-based login, and secure file upload/download functionalities. The entire solution is deployable on local or cloud servers like AWS or Firebase, built to scale as needed.By replacing vulnerable password-based systems with facial authentication, unauthorized access is minimized and digital file security is enhanced. This system is particularly beneficial in academic, personal, or enterprise settings where protected, user-specific file access is required.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT The role of e-governance in India is transformative, marking a paradigm shift in the interaction between government and citizens. It embodies the transition to a more transparent, efficient, and accessible form of governance. Through initiatives like the Digital India campaign, e-governance has been instrumental in digitizing services, enhancing citizen engagement, and fostering socio-economic development. It has streamlined administrative processes, reduced corruption, and bridged the digital divide. The integration of technology in governance has not only improved service delivery but also empowered citizens by making information and services more readily available. This abstract encapsulates the essence of e-governance's impact on India's journey towards a digitally empowered society. E-Governance in India has emerged as a transformative tool to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public service delivery. With initiatives like Digital India, the government aims to bridge the digital divide and make governance more accessible to citizens. However, the implementation of e-governance is riddled with multifaceted challenges. This critical analysis explores key issues such as inadequate digital infrastructure, low digital literacy, cybersecurity threats, resistance to change within bureaucratic systems, and regional disparities in ICT penetration. Additionally, socio-economic factors, poor coordination among departments, and legal-political constraints further complicate the effectiveness of e-governance projects. The paper emphasizes the need for robust policy frameworks, capacity building, and inclusive strategies to overcome these obstacles. Addressing these challenges is crucial to realizing the full potential of e-governance in creating a more participatory and equitable governance ecosystem in India.

 Abstract

Exercise has increasingly been recognized as a vital component in the promotion and maintenance of mental health. This paper reviews the current literature on the impact of various types of physical activity on mental health outcomes, including reductions in depressive and anxiety symptoms, as well as improvements in overall psychological well-being. Evidence suggests that aerobic, resistance, and mind-body exercises such as yoga yield significant mental health benefits through both biological mechanisms such as neurotransmitter modulation and stress hormone regulation and psychosocial pathways including enhanced self-efficacy and social interaction. The effectiveness of exercise interventions is influenced by the type, duration, and frequency of activity, with moderate-intensity exercise performed consistently over several weeks showing the most pronounced effects. Despite these benefits, challenges related to adherence and accessibility highlight the need for integrated, personalized approaches within mental health care frameworks. This review underscores the potential of exercise as a scalable, cost-effective adjunctive treatment and advocates for its inclusion in clinical practice and public health policy to mitigate the global burden of mental illness.

 Abstract

Fistula-in-Ano is a chronic and challenging ano-rectal condition often characterized by persistent discharge, pain, and recurrence after surgical interventions. Ayurvedic literature offers a time-tested solution through Ksharasutra therapy, as described by Acharya Sushruta. Over the years, several modifications and different types of Ksharasutra have been developed to enhance efficacy, reduce complications, and promote faster healing. This review article elaborates on classical references, the pharmacodynamics of Ksharasutra, its types (Apamarga, Guggulu, Snuhi-based), indications, mechanisms of action, and comparative clinical outcomes in the management of Bhagandara (fistula-in-ano).

 Abstract

This research studies the quickly-evolving crossroads of dark web platforms, cryptocurrency payments, and drug trafficking in India, identifying a grave national security threat as per a directive from Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Employing mixed-methods research-that is, combining doctrinal-allegal analysis and empirical blockchain forensics-the study shows that across-the-border criminal networks use Tor-based markets (i.e., Abacus Market: YoY growth of 183%) and privacy-centric cryptocurrencies such as Monero for trafficking synthetic opioids, generics, and cannabis, with wholesale deals accounting for 60-70% of all darknet activity. And laundering further thrives on platforms like Huione Guarantee Ltd., which sees over $70 billion in illicit crypto transactions and gives Indian traffickers tools to hide their trades through chain-hopping, DeFi protocols, and peel chains. Abysmally concerning is the presence of systemic weaknesses in India's response, including a fragmented AML enforcement regime, jurisdictional ambiguities, and acute shortages in state-level blockchain forensic capabilities (<10% of personnel are trained). Emerging threats--including narco-terror financing in conflict zones like Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab, AI-enabled trafficking, and the risks posed by quantum computing--only add to the list of challenges. To combat this illegal INR54,851 crore economy (2014-2024), the present study advocates a four-pillar strategy: (1) Technological: Establish state units to fight against the dark web by using tools such as Chainalysis Reactor; (2) Legal: Amend the PMLA to provide a mechanism for reporting crypto transactions on a real-time basis; (3) International: Ratify the Budapest Convention for cross-border data sharing; and (4) Preventive: Use AI-powered dark web scanners and undertake public health interventions. The finding brings forth the pressing need for India to integrate technological capability on par with the ever-evolving criminal methods so as to render incapability to this ever-growing threat.

 Abstract

Education empowers girls to achieve more in their social, career, economic and family lives. Women's education is a multi-faceted factor that can be held responsible for the low status among women in India. The factors like social, demographic, political and economic are the backbone of low or high literacy rate. Women's education is a milestone in empowerment because, it allows women to meet the obstacles, and improve their lives. So, the relevance of education in relation to empowerment for women cannot be neglected. India has been thought to be the world's great power in the last few years to witness the progress of women's education. As the position of women has been determined, women's empowerment and the growing changes in their education are to be recognized. The present research carried out the spatio-temporal analysis of the women education and empowerment in India. For spatio-temporal analysis of the women education and empowerment in India, data of three decades from 2001, 2011 and 2021 is considered. The general literacy rate for three decades is 54.0 percent, 65.46 and 70.3 percent of respectively. India's female literacy rate was only 7.3 percent at time of independence. Since then, it has increased but at varying rates in different states.

 Abstract

This research paper focuses on green governance and its role of boards in driving environmental sustainability and also studies the conceptual framework on CSR and environmental sustainability. The modern interpretation of CSR took hold during the 1960s when movements for labour rights, racial equality, and environmental protection took centre stage. Corporate social responsibility acknowledges that a company's performance cannot be measured by profit alone but relies on its social and environmental impacts. This is an attempt to study the role of green governance based on descriptive method and focused on conceptual framework of data and information. The article reveals the relationship between green governance and sustainability
