 Abstract

Biological signaling happens in a complicated web with participation and interaction of the central nervous system, the autonomous nervous system, the endocrine glands, peripheral endocrine tissues which include the intestinal tract and adipose tissue, and the immune system. All of those show an intricate time structure with rhythms and pulsatile variations in multiple frequencies. Circadian (approximately 24-hour) and circannual (approximately 1-year) rhythms are stored in step with the cyclic environmental surrounding by the timing and duration of the daily light span. Rhythmicity of many endocrine variables is critical for his or her efficacy and, even in a few instances, for the qualitative nature in their outcomes. Indeed, the continuous management of certain hormones and their artificial analogues may show substantially distinctive effects than expected. In the design of drug delivery structures and treatment schedules concerning at once or indirectly the endocrine system, consideration of the human time organization is essential.

The question then is whether this particular symptom or feeling is given any attention or is ignored altogether. What are the pros or cons of each of the approaches? To a large extent, the approach will be governed by several variables such as the style of management, size of the enterprise, level of education of workforce, technology of the plant and extent of unionization of workforce.

Abstract Businesses have been able to move away from HR tasks that are more manual and transactional and toward ones that are more complex and transformative, because of the proliferation of HRMS (human resource management systems) and other specialised HRIS (human resource information systems). This is due to the fact that HR information systems have become increasingly sophisticated (human resource management systems). The long-term viability of HRIS will be investigated via the lens of qualitative research throughout the course of this project (Human Resource Information System). This research looks at Human Resource Information Systems (HRS) to determine how they can be utilised in the workplace, how they can be utilised in Human Resource Planning (HRP), and how they can be utilised in internal communications. The purpose of this research is to determine how HRS can be utilised. This study focuses on the significance of Information Systems (IS) in an organisation, particularly in relation to the process of developing systems that are human-centred. In this study, themes related to ICT will be examined. The use of HRIS may be of significant assistance to both the management and development of human resources. The use of human resource information systems (HRIS) has many advantages, including the reduction of administrative burden, the improvement of a company's financial condition, the provision of access to timely and accurate data, the enhancement of operational efficiency, the identification of weaknesses in the system as a whole, and the development of strategies that are effective. In the event that even a single component of an organization's structure is deficient, the whole of the system will be rendered ineffective.

 Abstract

In recent days, Artificial Intelligence and BlockChain have become popular and groundbreaking technologies. AI algorithms are used for Learning, Planning, Autonomic Computing, Optimization, Knowledge Discovery Perception, Search and Reasoning. On the other hand, Blockchain is a distributed point-to-point system that provides a safe and verifiable mechanism for decentralised transaction validation. In this article, we take a more detailed and four look at the intersection of blockchain and artificial intelligence. We begin by discussing the areas of AI, as well as the concept, characteristics, and essential technologies of blockchain, before examining the viability of integrating the two technologies. The study on the convergence of blockchain and AI is then outlined. The integration of AI with blockchain might have a significant impact on disciplines such as the IoT, identification, financial markets, civic governance, smart cities, local communities, supply chains, personalised medicine, and other fields, resulting in many people benefiting.

 Abstract

Net banking is now very popular among consumers because it provides a convenient way to perform transactions from anywhere using smart devices. The ultimate goal is an authentication system that validates user for accessing the system only with correct input (password). In existing way there would be negligible chances of bot or anyone to crack passwords even if they have cracked the first level or second level, it would be impossible to crack the third one. Here Convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm used for password matching process. This also provides OTP verification process in reverse order. Hence while creating the technology the emphasis was put on the use of innovative and nontraditional methods. Many users find the most widespread text-based password systems unfriendly, so in the case of three level passwords it is tried by creating a simple user interface and providing users with the best possible comfort in solving password.
