ABSTRACT Background Essential new-born care is the care required by all neonates (first 28 days of life) whether they are born healthy, small or unwell. It includes appropriate preventive care, routine care, transition and care of sick and small babies. The success with which mortality and morbidity are prevented will depend to a large extent on the commitment and expertise of the health workers responsible for new-born care. Essential new born care includes: Immediate care at birth (delayed cord clamping, thorough drying, assessment of breathing, skin-to-skin contact, early initiation of breastfeeding) Thermal care. Resuscitation when needed. Support for breast milk feeding.

Birds are a dynamic species and natural bio-indicator of the richness of biodiversity of any area. Mixed vegetation of rivers, forest cover areas, and wetlands provide a suitable site for bird's habitat and it indicates ecosystem quality. Saran District is moderately healthy diversity and richness of bird species, which is a good indicator of ecosystem quality. Rivers and wetlands increase the number and diversity richness of bird species in Saran District. The diversity richness of bird species in Bihar and in Saran District is gifted and influenced by many green belt areas and rivers basin of Ganga River, Ghagra River, Gandak River, Bhagmati River, Kosi River, Mahananda River, and Daha River. Due to supporting environment, number of bird species and riparian bird species number are in moderate amount. Point count methods were laid out for counting the bird species richness. During the time period of survey, a total number of 158 species of birds belonging to 53 families, 20 orders have been recorded. Out of which 111 species were resident, 45 species were winter migratory birds, and only 2 species were summer migrant. Order Passeriformes show the highest number of bird species than order Accipithiformes. Family Corvidac and family Ardeidac shows the healthy number of populations. Family Psittacidac shows lower number of populations. Hence this study was to obtain diversity and richness of bird species in Saran district and to prepare a checklist of birds and to compare bird diversity.

The Screening of medicinal plants for the new bioactive compounds leads to the development of new anti-microbial drugs that possess lesser cost and greater safety and efficacy. The increasing bacterial resistance exhibited by microorganisms causing skin infections has led to the research on medicinal plants. The Mexican poppy, Argemone mexicana, is a valuable medicinal plant with amazing therapeutic potential. In India, it is also referred to as "Satyanasi" or "Bhatkatiya."It has been used for more than 5000 years in the Indian traditional medical system of Ayurveda to treat a variety of ailments. The creation and assessment of an antibacterial polyherbal dusting powder was the primary goal of the project. The dusting powder used in this study was created. All of the components were combined in a mortar and pestle to create the dusting powder. After that, a number of parameters were assessed for the prepared dusting powder, including its physical attributes (color, odor, grittiness, appearance), solubility, Ph, and micromeritic properties (particle size, surface area, density (bulk, tapped), angle of repose, Carr's index, Hausner's ratio, and volume (bulk, tapped).

Information and communication technology, or ICT, is widely employed in the field of education today and include devices like computers, the Internet, and electronic delivery systems like radios, televisions, and projectors, among others. The power of information and communication technologies has transformed many facets of people's life. The effects of ICT in every area of life have been huge during the last two to three decades. These fields behave differently now than they did in the past. ICT is regarded as a potent instrument for reforming and changing education. ICT is being used more and more successfully in education, learning, and assessment. Many earlier research has demonstrated that the proper use of ICT can improve educational quality and link learning to real-life problems. Learning and teaching are inextricably linked and complement one another. Because every human is different, different people learn best with different methods. Every student ought to possess the liberty and autonomy to choose their own educational route, which calls for focused attention, initiative, and self-education; instead of feeling pressured to fit into the antiquated and stereotypical educational system, they should do as they see fit. According to contemporary viewpoints, students are more likely to succeed when they are allowed to work independently, realize their own potential and take action to achieve their objectives, organize their assignments independently, and feel free to express their thoughts to their lecturers. ICT increases the possibility of a more student-centered method of instruction in a classroom. As we swiftly enter a digital world of information and media, the goal and purpose of ICT in education become more whose significance will keep growing and getting better every day.

AIM- To study the effects of prone positioning on Respiratory Rate and Peak Expiratory Flow Rate in young-old elderly OBJECTIVE-. To assess the effects of prone positioning on : Respiratory Rate Peak Expiratory Flow Rate in young-old elderly. METHODOLOGY- The methodology for this experimental study involved a convenience sampling method with a sample size of 70 participants. The study was conducted at the LTCOP OPD and Girija Old Age Home in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, with a duration of 6 months. Inclusion criteria for participants were young-old individuals aged 60-75 years, including both males and females, who had no history of respiratory diseases within the 6 months preceding the study. Additionally, participants needed to demonstrate an understanding of the study's purpose and provide voluntary consent for participation. Exclusion criteria encompassed individuals with recent rib cage fractures, any form of obstructive or restrictive lung disease, major surgeries related to ENT, ophthalmic, or cervical spine, significant neurological or neuromuscular disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, and obesity. The instrumentation used for data collection included a PEFR (Peak Expiratory Flow Rate) Machine, a stopwatch, and demographic details. The outcome measures assessed in the study were respiratory rate (RR), oxygen saturation (SPO2), and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR). This research aimed to investigate the respiratory health of young-old individuals within the specified age range and without a recent history of respiratory diseases, utilizing the mentioned instruments and criteria in the LTCOP OPD and Girija Old Age Home over a period of six months. RESULTS- This experimental study explores the impact of prone positioning on the respiratory wellbeing of the young-old elderly population, focusing on key parameters: Respiratory Rate CONCLUSION-. The experimental study focusing on the effects of prone positioning in a healthy young-old elderly population has provided valuable insights into its positive impact on various physiological parameters, including respiratory rate, peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR), oxygen saturation (SPO2), blood pressure, and heart rate. Bacterial skin infection are most common amongst people requiring significant attention for treatment and also for maintaining healthy skin. Some herbal plantextract and their oils were found to have antibacterial activity. The aim and objective of present study are to formulate and evaluate antibacterial polyherbal soap using Azadirachta indica (neem), Ocimum tenuiflorum (tulsi) oils, curcuma longa (Turmeric) Powder. Herbal soap ingredients were used neem, turmeric and tulsi in which neem leaf and seed were found effective against some dermatophytes. Tulsi shows antiviral activity. The antibacterial soap prepared against the organism E.coli by cold process method. The prepared formulation were evaluated for various physicochemical parameters for good characteristics were observed. The easy availability of plant and their effectiveness helps manufactures with cost effective benefits and with less or no side effects.

In this paper, we investigate a specific category of gauge modules on a smooth irreducible affine algebraic variety. These modules admit compatible actions by both the algebra A of regular functions and the Lie algebra V of vector fields on the variety. Our main result establishes that a gauge module, associated with a simple glN-module, maintains its irreducibility when considered as a module over the Lie algebra of vector fields.
