Indira Paryavaran Bhawan is the office building of the Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) and is built under the concept of Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB). It is situated at Aliganj on JorBagh Road in South Delhi. This new building was constructed by providing minimum change to the old building and minimum disturbance to the surrounding ecosystem. The work of designing the building was carried out by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and the sustainable design consultants, Architects and Planners. The aim and objective of designing this building was to bring maximum energy efficiency and generate onsite sufficient renewable energy to run the building. Special emphasis was given to reduce energy demand by providing adequate natural light, shading, landscape to reduce ambient temperatures and provision of energy efficient active building systems. Apart from energy efficiency measures, energy conservation measures were also adopted by the design team to reduce the energy loads and generate energy from the onsite solar panels thus meeting the net zero building criteria. The various strategies involved in designing the building and meeting all the criteria of a net zero building have been discussed in this case study.

The purpose of this study was to asses the musculoskeletal disorders in Bharatanatyam dancers, to asses the pain intensity using numeric pain rating scale and to find out which joints were majorly involved. Classical Indian dance has earned recognition across the globe; however, the health of dancers who are carrying forth this heritage has not received due attention. Most musculoskeletal injuries are soft tissue injuries such as sprains strains, and tendinopathies, although stress fractures have also been the focus of some of the literature. Overuse and chronic injuries are commonly reported, and most injuries affect the lower extremities and back. Along with holding the full sitting and half- sitting positions, performing repeated activities and joint actions such as feet stamping, changing postures, also the professional demands according to the various professions lead to the presence of musculoskeletal disorders in Bharatanatyam dancers.

Big datasets encompass a large volume of information, but they can be hard to decipher. Principal components analysis (PCA) is a reliable technique in multivariate data analysis reducing the number of parameters while retaining as much variance as possible. PCA is a technique for reducing data dimensionality and enhancing interpretability while helping to reduce information loss. It executes this by generating new uncorrelated variables that optimize variance in a sequential manner. PCA is an effective method of data analysis as it reduces seeking new variables, the principal components, to resolving an eigenvalue/eigenvector, and the new variables are represented by the dataset at the time of creation. To enhance regional level variations in multi-temporal sets of data, the PCA is being used as the first method of data transform technique. Cross-validation techniques may be used to determine the PCA model's value. PCA is commonly used to detect changes in time series data and is one of the most popular techniques due to its efficiency and ability to enhance even subtle modifications It's adaptable in another way, too, because different kinds of techniques were created for different data types and structures. And, after analyzing thousands of original variables, the first few components that account for the bulk of the variance in the data are investigated. These new variables can be visualized and statistically analyzed to find similarities and discrepancies between samples.

Today the pandemic COVID-19, has resulted a massive outbreak in over 150 nations around the world, with serious health consequences. In the nations where the laboratory kits are unavailable for testing, it is becoming even more critical. So, in order to detect COVID-19 disease we have investigated a model that is built based on image processing and deep learning techniques. A COVID-19 infection can progress to pneumonia, which can be identified with a chest X-ray exam and treated according to that. As, the number of COVID-19 victims are increasing day by day this needs to be done very quickly. Here, we created a model with X-rays. The chest Computed Tomography (CT) COVID-19 images are collected first, and then the dataset is loaded. We present point processing approaches, apply Image Augmentation, and then use CT scans to determine COVID-19 positivity or negativity (chest x-ray images). Image processing and deep learning approaches.

The automatic exudate segmentation in color retinal structure pictures is a vital task in laptop assisted designation and screening systems for diabetic retinopathy. during this paper, we have a tendency to gift a location-to-segmentation strategy for automatic exudate segmentation in color retinal structure pictures, which has 3 stages: anatomic structure removal, exudate location and exudate segmentation. In anatomic structure removal stage, matched filters primarily based} main vessels segmentation technique and a strikingness based point segmentation technique area unit planned. the most vessel and point area unit then removed to eliminate the adverse affects that they bring about to the second stage. within the location stage, we have a tendency to learn a random forest classifier to classify patches into 2 classes: exudate patches and exudate-free patches, within which the histograms of completed native binary patterns area unit extracted to explain the feel structures of the patches. Finally, the native variance, the dimensions previous regarding the exudate regions and therefore the native distinction previous area unit wont to phase the exudate regions out from patches that area unit classified as exudate patches within the location stage. we have a tendency to assess our technique each at exudate-level and image-level. For exudate-level analysis, we have a tendency to check our technique on e-ophtha EX dataset, that provides element level annotation from the specialists. The experimental results show that our technique achieves seventy six in sensi-tivity and seventy fifth in positive prediction price (PPV), that each beat the state of the art ways considerably. For image-level analysis, we have a tendency to check our technique on DiaRetDB1, and succeed competitive performance compared to the state of the art ways.

Abstract Language is the gift to human beings. Listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are essential for their proficiency and communication. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has advocated that the medium of instruction is home language/mother tongue /local language/regional language for schools, until at least Grade 5, but preferably till Grade 8 and beyond. All students will learn three languages in their school under the 'formula'. At least two of the three languages should be native to India. But the policy talks about shedding the English language instead it emphasizes on the important of multilingualism which has great cognitive benefit for young children. Modern education makes more well-rounded, useful, and fulfilling to the learner. For example: If a student in Hyderabad is learning Telugu and English, he/she will have to choose to learn another Indian language. English is the most spoken non-native language in India. English has thus been taught in India in varied form, EFL (English as a foreign Language) to ESL (English as a Second Language) apart from EAP (English as an Additional Language). From schools to colleges, the learner learns English Language till to get job. During that period, there is a tussle between learning English as a Subject and as a language. The use of various e- resources has become the important part of the learning process now. The Teacher uses technology in the class to creates positive changes. It also helps to enhance with enthusiasm and develop their knowledge. The present study is also proved that ICT and other resource are very useful to improve Language Skills.

With the rapid development of high-speed and high- power railway system, power quality issues such as the negative sequence current and harmonic current caused by electric locomotives becomes more and more critical. The properties of locomotive load include high instantaneous power, high power factor, low harmonic components, and so on. High-speed locomotives with a high-power factor use four quadrant pulse width modulation (PWM), however they generate a lot of harmonic currents over a wide spectral range. Large amounts of harmonic current produced by the electric traction power supply system are injected into the power grid since most electric locomotives are single phase rectified loads with frequent random swings. As a result, the supply grid voltage and current are asymmetrical, and harmonic content increases, causing a slew of issues such as overheating, transformer service life shortening, and relay protection device mis-operation. These issues have a significant impact on the safe and stable operation of power systems. This paper proposes a comparative study of Half Bridge Railway Power Conditioner (HBRPC) with Shunt active power filter STATCOM used to implement effective compensation of NSC and harmonic current The comprehensive compensation for NSC and harmonic currents is implemented using STATic COMpensators (STATCOMs). Because distribution STATCOMs are frequently mounted on the three-phase side and carry high voltage, their cost and compensation capacity are usually high. HBRPC is made up of two half-bridge converters connected in series by two capacitors. In comparison to the typical RPC, the HBRPC only requires two capacitors and two power switch legs. The HBRPC conditioner can decrease half of the power switches while still performing the same function as RPC, resulting in cheaper cost and hardware complexity. Finally, MATLAB simulation and results have verified the proposed structure and its control method effectively.
