 Abstract

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 of India represents a significant transformation in education, as it prioritises incorporating Indian knowledge systems, such as the Vedas, Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita, into the curriculum. This policy promotes a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to learning by integrating traditional Indian wisdom with modern educational paradigms. In addition, the promotion of Indian languages, including Sanskrit, is emphasized in NEP 2020 to facilitate a more profound comprehension of classical texts. In addition, it underlines the significance of teacher training in Indian knowledge systems and promotes research in this area, thereby establishing a strong scholarly foundation. NEP 2020 endeavors to offer a globally relevant, culturally diverse, and balanced education by combining the timeless teachings of the Indian Knowledge system such as the Bhagavad Gita with contemporary education. This transformative aspect not only safeguards and advances India's intellectual heritage but also equips students to navigate and contribute to a world that is swiftly changing. With its profound philosophical teachings on ethics, duty, and righteousness, the Bhagavad Gita becomes a guidebook for developing moral and ethical values in students. This study examines how incorporating the Gita's educational philosophy and pedagogical components into school curricula can promote holistic student development and fulfil the aims of NEP 2020.

The scrub comprises various natural components that are safe to use, have fewer adverse effects and have antibacterial, anti-infective, antioxidant, anti-aging, anti tanning, anti inflammatory and moisturizing characteristics. To remain healthy and to appear good skin surface requires periodic cleansing to remove dirt, sebum, other secretions and dead cells. The scrub was prepared by using simple mixing method using various ingredients such as rice flour, turmeric, chickpea flour, orange peel, multani mitti, cynadon dactylon, rose petals green gram powder etc. The pH, physical appearance, color, odor, texture, irritability, Spreadability and Washability, were evaluated as Evaluation parameters for Facial Scrub- Formulation.[3]

 Abstract

The trade war over the 'unfair economic policies' of China is now a cold war. In 2018, USA raised tariffs on Chinese goods. The focus of the US economy is to renourish the American manufacturing industries by distancing them from China. America has put forward the policy of 'America First' leading to trade wars. It has also been observed that the neo-protectionist policies of USA and proliferation of smart automation technologies will not let the USA to sufficiently consolidate its superiority over China. This paper aims towards the cultural implications of trade tensions between these countries. It will provide analysis of how export industries of the countries have affected the Automobile industry, Cinema and the Chinese diaspora. This research is aimed towards providing prospective long-term effects of erosion of soft power on the two countries and the global geo-political economy.

 Abstract

INTRODUCTION E-Learning has revolutionized educational delivery, offering flexible, accessible, and personalized learning experiences. This paper explores the challenges of eLearning, such as engagement, the digital divide, and content quality, and examines technological innovations, including AI, VR, AR, and blockchain, that are driving its evolution. Additionally, it identifies emerging trends like lifelong learning, microlearning, and gamification that are set to shape the future of eLearning. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES o The primary objectives of this research are to: o Analyze the current state of eLearning technologies and their adoption. o Assess the effectiveness of eLearning tools compared to traditional educational methods. o Identify challenges and barriers in the eLearning ecosystem. o Explore technological innovations and emerging trends in eLearning. METHODOLOGY This study utilizes a comprehensive review of literature and industry reports, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data. Surveys and interviews were conducted with educators, students, and e-learning experts to gather insights. Additionally, case studies were analyzed to evaluate the impact of eLearning technologies on educational outcomes. KEY FINDINGS o The research highlights several key findings: o eLearning enhances learning flexibility and accessibility, particularly for remote and underserved populations. o Engagement and retention are critical challenges due to the lack of direct human interaction. o The digital divide remains a significant barrier, especially in developing countries like India. o Technological innovations such as AI, VR, AR, and blockchain are transforming eLearning by making it more personalized, immersive, and secure. CONCLUSION eLearning presents a promising future for education, offering benefits such as increased accessibility and personalized learning experiences. However, to fully harness its potential, challenges such as engagement, the digital divide, and content quality must be addressed. The continued evolution of eLearning technologies holds the potential to transform education, making it more inclusive and effective for diverse learner populations.

 Abstract

It is a topic of controversy, whether Dina Krushna is one, two or three persons. But the Late Artaballabha Mohanty has safely accepted that 'Rasakallola' and 'Aratatranachautisha' were the same written by Dinakrushna Das. He was a citizen of Puri and he passed through terrible suffering. Even though he was poor, he was an outspoken and fearless person. In his middle age, he was affected by Leprosy. Despite bearing this twin burden of disease and poverty, this devotee has left two dozen texts of which six are still popular in Odisha. The writer thought to have dozens of good works but could not get an appreciation for his work in his lifetime and felt frustrated by his hard struggle for a living. We get information from the sixteenth canto. Rasakallola of Dinakrushna Das follows the rule of 'ka' initially throughout the book. The ornate work of the writer is simple, sweeter, and uniformly musical. The description of Krishna in Brindavan shows his conception of love that he is not capable of rising above the physical plane so that it may damage the character of his own Master.

ABSTRACT According to present statistics, worldwide, 1.50million people are newly diagnosed as schizophrenia, 51 million people totally affected with schizophrenia, 3.87/1000 population. Objectives are identified that is to assess the knowledge level of care givers and associating knowledge with demographic variables. King's goal attainment model is selected as conceptual framework, quantitative research approach is used. Quasi Experimental research design and Non- randomized Purposive sampling technique are used. The study was conducted among 30 care givers of Schizophrenic clients care giver at Psychiatric department, GMKMCH, Salem. Data was collected by using structured knowledge questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Knowledge of caregivers were assessed with their selected demographic variables and tested the association of variables using Chi square(x2). The study findings shows that the knowledge of caregivers in age 31 to 40 years, Graduates and Joint Family type are having higher level of knowledge 65%, 68%, and 70% respectively. In overall 67% of caregivers are having average knowledge, 27% of caregivers are having below average knowledge and 6% of caregivers are having above average knowledge.
