The present study focuses on examining the demographic, behavioural, and digital factors influencing the investment behaviour of employees working in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs). In the current financial landscape, individuals have access to a wide range of investment options including bank deposits, mutual funds, insurance, shares, gold, provident funds, and digital investment platforms. Along with behavioural characteristics like risk perception, overconfidence, herd mentality, and financial literacy, demographic factors like age, gender, income, and education also have an impact on investment decisions. By improving accessibility, convenience, and financial participation, the quick development of fintech platforms and digital financial services has further changed investing behaviours. The secondary data gathered from books, journals, research articles, reports, websites, and published literature on investment behaviour, behavioural finance, and digital financial services forms the basis of this paper. In order to comprehend how demographics, behavioural finance elements, and digital financial services affect HEI employees' investment behaviour, the study examines prior studies. The review emphasises how investing choices and financial decision making are greatly influenced by psychological biases, digital financial literacy, and demographic characteristics. The report also notes that there hasn't been much research done expressly on HEI workers in semi-urban areas like Jalgaon District, highlighting the necessity for more investigation in this field.

This project presents the development of a Dynamic Inductive Charging System for Electric Vehicles (EVs), offering a safe, flexible, and efficient alternative to conventional plug-in charging. The system employs Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) technology, utilizing magnetic coupling between transmitter and receiver coils to transfer energy wirelessly. By integrating ESP32, relays, and monitoring systems, the prototype enables automated charging with minimal human intervention. This approach addresses the limitations of fossil fuel-based transportation by supporting the adoption of EVs powered by renewable energy. The proposed system demonstrates reliability, convenience, and potential for future large-scale commercialization in sustainable mobility.

Rehearsal-based, improvised and collectively created theatre in which performance is developed as a collaborative endeavour through discussions, improvisation and rehearsal has become an important tool in contemporary theatre. Performance-making today is no longer the creation of a playwright and a director only; actors, musicians, dancers, designers and technical teams are all involved in the process of creating a performance. In all types of theatre, particularly folk or experimental, this collaborative process is important because scenes, movements, transitions, and dramatic structure may change during rehearsals. With this research paper, the collaborative theatre-making process of the theatrical adaptation of a folk narrative, Umar ka Parwana, by Vijaydan Detha, is studied. The study focuses on the development of the performance by the actors, the director, the musicians and the creative team as a whole. The paper examines the improvisation, rehearsal process, director-actor interaction, script adaptation, music and stage preparation and group creativity in the production. The study is qualitative in nature and employs a three-pronged approach of rehearsal observation, production analysis, personal interaction with the members of the production team, and creative discussion. The study concludes that Umar Ka Parwana was not only scripted but also a theatrical process that involved all team members in creatively making the performance.

Mahesh Dattani occupies a distinguished place in contemporary Indian English drama for his sustained engagement with the socio-political anxieties of postcolonial India. His celebrated play Final Solutions presents a profound critique of communal consciousness and interrogates the fragile foundations of secular nationalism in India. The play foregrounds the tensions between constitutional secularism and lived social realities shaped by communal prejudice, historical memory, and political manipulation. Through dramatic symbolism, the use of the Chorus, and psychologically nuanced characterization, Dattani examines how inherited trauma and ideological conditioning threaten the pluralistic ethos of the Indian nation-state. This paper critically analyses the representation of secular nationalism in Final Solutions by situating the play within the historical context of Partition, post-independence communal politics, and contemporary debates on national identity. The study further argues that Dattani transforms theatre into a space of political introspection and ethical engagement.

Fruit juices are widely consumed beverages valued for their nutritional, sensory, and functional attributes. Based on the degree of processing and preservation, fruit juices are broadly categorized into natural fruit juice and packaged (commercial) fruit juice. Natural fruit juice is obtained directly from fresh fruits with minimal processing, while packaged fruit juice undergoes thermal or non-thermal treatments, concentration, and packaging to enhance shelf life and safety. These differences significantly influence chemical composition, nutritional quality, safety, and environmental impact. This review critically examines the chemical characteristics of natural and packaged fruit juices, focusing on intrinsic nutrients, processing-induced chemical transformations, additives, contaminants, and packaging-related migration. In addition, the environmental implications of fruit juice production, including resource utilization, carbon footprint, packaging waste, and by-product management, are evaluated. The review highlights that natural fruit juices generally retain higher levels of vitamins, antioxidants, and bioactive compounds but are limited by short shelf life and safety concerns, whereas packaged fruit juices offer convenience and microbial safety at the cost of nutrient degradation and increased environmental burden. Adoption of sustainable processing technologies, eco-friendly packaging, and informed consumer choices are essential for improving the quality and sustainability of fruit juice consumption.

This research examines how staying active and playing sports directly boosts the academic performance and learning skills of undergraduate students. It defines "learning efficiency" through several lenses: memory, focus, time management, and classroom engagement. Evidence suggests that students who exercise regularly often develop better brain function and stress-management skills, leading to higher grades--with moderate exercise being particularly effective for mental clarity. Using a survey-based approach across various majors, the study confirms a strong link between movement and mental sharpness. However, it also notes a "tipping point" where over-committing to sports can sometimes cut into essential study time. Ultimately, the paper argues that colleges should integrate fitness into the curriculum to help students reach their full academic potential.

Aaghatjanya Shoola is a musculoskeletal condition characterized by acute or chronic pain following external injury. Ayurveda describes Shoola as a pain condition primarily caused by vitiated Vata, obstruction of srotas and when triggered by trauma (Aaghata), the aggravated Vata leads to localized tissue dysfunction and pain.In present case senario the female patient an 48 yr old had been complaining of Kati Shoola with history of fall (Traumatic low back pain). She was diagnosed and treated for Aghatjanya Kati Shoola. Tretment was started with external panchakarma therapy by swedana therapy includes patrapottali swda for first 3 days and Dashamoola Kwatha parisheka sweda for 7 days. This treatment effectively shows in reduction of pain, stiffness, and restored daily activities after demonstrating the usefulness of Ayurvedic external therapies in trauma-induced musculoskeletal pain. Significant improvement was observed in pain intensity (VAS score reduced from 8/10 to 2/10) and functional mobility.
