Tooth loss is still a common issue among older individuals worldwide, and removable complete or partial dentures remain the most widely available option for addressing edentulism. While past prosthodontic research has mainly focused on creating dentures and making immediate adjustments after insertion, the period following insertion, which determines the long-term success of removable prosthetic treatment, is not given enough attention in everyday practice. Elderly patients pose specific difficulties due to factors like age-related changes in the mouth structure, declining saliva production, dry mouth from multiple medications, weakening muscles, cognitive issues, and decreased hand coordination. This article reviews existing literature on the main obstacles faced by older adults after denture placement and the proven methods used to address them. Some key challenges include mouth inflammation, painful sores, mouth corner cracks, excessive tissue growth due to dentures, decreased ability to chew food well, speech issues, risk of inhaling foreign objects, emotional struggles, and poor denture cleaning, which is closely linked to pneumonia risk in frail seniors. Strategies supported by research include regular check-up schedules, thorough denture cleaning methods, taking dentures out at night, adjusting the fit of dentures, using denture adhesives wisely, applying antifungal treatments, considering implant-supported dentures if suitable, educating caregivers, and marking dentures for those in care facilities. The preferred choice for those with no lower teeth is the two-implant-supported lower denture. Effective care after denture placement requires a continuous, collaborative, and patient-focused approach that combines dental follow-ups with general healthcare, dietary guidance, and involving caregivers, especially for those who rely on others for care and those in care homes.

This review paper presents a smart robotic vehicle featuring dual control modes-voice control and Bluetooth control. The system uses an Arduino microcontroller, motor drivers, and a Bluetooth module for operation . Arduino is an open-source hardware platform widely used for developing digital and embedded systems. The project involves designing the hardware of the robotic car and programming its complete operation using Arduino IDE and embedded C programming. The robotic car can be controlled wirelessly through voice commands given by the user. The robot is capable of moving forward, backward, left, and right based on the commands received . An Android application is used to communicate with the microcontroller through Bluetooth technology. Arduino Uno acts as the brain of the robotic vehicle and controls all operations efficiently. The robot consists of various hardware components such as a Bluetooth module, ultrasonic sensor, PIR sensor, motor driver, DC motors, and buzzers. The software section includes a mobile application that allows the user to control the movement of the robotic car remotely. The user can either manually control the robot using a mobile device or switch it to automatic mode, allowing the car to navigate independently using sensors and programmed instructions .

In mythological stories, desire and morality are closely linked. Moral codes control the desires of people and support gender norms that are accepted by society. In these systems, morality validates certain actions while denouncing others, especially when individuals challenge established social structures. As a result, women who publicly express their desires outside of patriarchal norms are often depicted as immoral, hazardous or socially disruptive. This study analyses the constructed villainy of Surpanakha in Kavita Kane's Lanka's Princess, concentrating on the interconnected themes of desire, morality and revenge. In the traditional Ramayana, Surpanakha is portrayed as a monster demoness whose displays of desire result in shame and physical disfigurement. The study challenges the traditional views that her desire is not merely sexual rather, it reflects a deeper sense for recognition, affection and emotional validation. Her passion for revenge is a response to the experiences of rejection, gender-based discrimination, moral injustice and being pushed to the edge of society. Drawing on Michel Foucault's concept of power and discourse it shows that Surpanakha's portrayal as a 'villain' is not an inherent truth but a narrative construction shaped by patriarchal moral codes.

Education is crucial for the development of children and for national growth. Quality education leads to success in the personal and professional lives of individuals, and also contributes to the country's economic growth. To achieve the educational goal, each nation must make its educational policy so that the country can achieve the milestone of the holistic development of the individual and the country's growth. National Educational Policy 2020 is the third educational policy of India, which emphasises quality, equality, and equitable and inclusive education for all diverse learners, including children with special needs. A special educator's role is crucial for implementing the education policy to provide effective education in the classroom. To provide effective education, teachers should be more aware of the implementation of the policy. The present study aimed to study the awareness level of the special educators towards implementing the National Educational Policy 2020, working in government and private school settings. A descriptive survey design was used as a method of the study. 78 special educators were selected from the population using a non-probability convenience sampling technique for the study. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire developed by the researcher. The questionnaire had five areas, which included implementation of inclusive education, curricular reforms, assessment strategies, early childhood care and education, and professional development of the special educators. The data was analysed using descriptive statistics with mean, standard deviation for minimum and maximum scores and quantified in percentage. Hence, the analysis demonstrated that the majority of the special educators were well aware of the implementation of the National Educational Policy 2020, and in the area of multidisciplinary and competency-based assessment, a moderate level of awareness among special educators.

Garbhadhana Sa?skara, the Ayurvedic preconception regimen, emphasizes the preparation of both partners to optimize fertility and ensure healthy progeny. Rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts, this concept integrates physical, mental, and environmental readiness as determinants of reproductive success. Despite its long-standing relevance, contemporary evidence-based interpretations and standardized clinical protocols remain limited. This review synthesizes traditional Ayurvedic principles with emerging scientific literature to outline an evidence-informed framework for preconception care.

Background: The principle of causation underpins the conceptual framework of both classical Ayurveda and modern biomedical sciences. In Ayurveda, causation is discussed in terms of the karya-karan bhav siddhant, in which disease causation is described as interactions among multiple factors. Modern science uses methodologies such as Mill's methods for inferring causation. Objective: To systematically review Ayurvedic principles related to causation and establish their correlation with Mill's methods. Methods: A narrative review was conducted using electronic resources and classical Ayurvedic literature, guided by structured principles. Results: The concepts of causation, such as bahukaran yogaj, nidana-dosha-dushya sammurchana, and vyadhi-kshamatva, correlated strongly with probabilistic causation and epidemiology. Conclusion: Integrating Ayurvedic concepts of causation with Mill's logical methods provides a powerful framework for understanding complex diseases and supports evidence-based integrative medicine.

Abstract The present study was conducted to assess the knowledge and practices regarding Oxygen Therapy Safety Precautions among health workers in selected hospitals of Maharashtra State, with a view to develop an information booklet. Oxygen therapy is an essential lifesaving treatment, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but improper handling and inadequate safety measures may lead to serious hazards. A quantitative descriptive research design was adopted for the study. The sample consisted of health workers selected from hospitals in Maharashtra using appropriate sampling techniques. Structured questionnaires and observational checklists were used to assess knowledge and practices regarding oxygen therapy safety precautions. The study focused on areas such as oxygen cylinder care, central oxygen supply, prevention of oxygen hazards, and safety guidelines during oxygen administration. The findings revealed gaps in knowledge and practices among health workers regarding oxygen therapy safety precautions. The study concluded that regular training, awareness programs, and proper guidelines are necessary to improve safe oxygen handling practices. An information booklet was developed and distributed to enhance awareness and promote patient safety.

In this paper I have examined women's intestate property succession rights across the major religious and customary legal systems of India and traces their historical evolution from ancient and classical traditions to the contemporary constitutional era. Intestate succession, which governs the devolution of property where a person dies without leaving valid will, remains a crucial site for understanding women's economic status, family position, and legal recognition. In India, succession has historically been regulated through diverse personal laws and customs, resulting in uneven and often unequal treatment of women as daughters, widows, mothers, and other heirs. This study, therefore, undertakes a comparative analysis of Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Parsi, and related customary and tribal frameworks in order to evaluate how women's inheritance rights have been shaped, restricted, and gradually expanded over time. The paper shows that women's exclusion from inheritance was deeply connected with patriarchy, patrilineal family structures, agnatic preference, and the desire to retain property within the male line. In India, which is multireligious and diverse in nature, we have seen from the beginning the Hindu women's claim on the property was neglected and restricted, often just providing them a minimum amount as maintenance under the patriarchal structure of traditional Hindu system. Whereas the traditional Muslim law considers women as heirs but with a limited fixed shares, as they also do not placed women as equal heirs. After implementation of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, we have seen that the Christian, Parsi & the Jewish succession rules where women was considered more distinctly as heirs and treated with manyfold equality than that of traditional Hindu & Muslim personal laws. Still the existence of statutory laws was not always able to provide women equality, dignity & non-discrimination in large patriarchal societies like India. We will also analyse how women's succession rights evolve over time through the British colonial period. Also we have seen comparative study of these traditional personal law which are gender biased with the constitutional equality and non-discrimination. These constitutional values challenged the existing customary practices and implemented various reforms, new statutes to include women under succession laws & to provide them with equal share of succession property. Also a stage wise analysis of Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Parsi & Jewish succession laws specially intestate succession of women & how the amendments did transform the traditional succession system (exclusion of women) to the modern succession system (inclusion of women with equal share) is portrayed in detail. But written law doesn't always able to provide women equality in case of succession. In contemporary times also we have seen women are kept behind the door by family pressure, procedural hurdles, not knowing the legal rights or age old customs.

In postcolonial India, conversations about nature have become more pressing due to rapid modernization and technological growth. People have gradually distanced themselves from their natural surroundings, leading to serious environmental issues like climate change, resource depletion, and ecological imbalance. In this context, Ruskin Bond emerges as a significant literary voice, stressing a close and harmonious relationship between humans and nature. His book, My Trees in the Himalayas (2018), demonstrates a deep ecological consciousness and expresses a strong emotional and spiritual connection with the natural world. This paper uses an ecocritical lens within a postcolonial framework to examine how Bond's narrative challenges human-centered modernity and revitalizes a cooperative relationship with nature. Through detailed textual analysis, the study reveals how Bond's writings act as a counter-narrative to environmental damage and foster ecological awareness. The paper argues that Bond's work reflects a longing for the past while presenting a sustainable ethical model based on coexistence and mutual dependence.
