Health insurance in India is a growing industry that provides financial protection to individuals against medical expenses. India has a vast and complex healthcare system, with a mix of public and private providers. The health insurance market in India has evolved significantly over the years, with the introduction of various products and services offered by public and private insurers. The Indian government has also taken steps to increase healthcare access and affordability, including the launch of initiatives like Ayushman Bharat, a national health insurance program aimed at providing coverage to vulnerable populations. The main aim of the research paper is that how far the health insurance has been evolved in India and what is the current status today. Based on the given introduction, objectives, literature reviewed, with given SPSS with 155 responses the following conclusion is health insurance in India has made significant progress in recent years, but still faces challenges. The industry has grown, and awareness has increased, but penetration remains low, especially in rural areas. The government has launched initiatives like Ayushman Bharat, and private players have introduced innovative products, but affordability and accessibility remain concerns. Digitalization and technology have improved the claims process and customer experience, but regulatory frameworks and standardization are still evolving. Despite these challenges, health insurance is essential for India's growing population, and stakeholders must work together to increase coverage, reduce costs, and ensure quality healthcare for all. By adopting global best practices, leveraging technology, and addressing regional disparities, India can move closer to achieving Universal Health Coverage and ensuring financial protection for its citizens.

In this modern era, the tendency to technological solutions in various fields increases, and education is an important area where there is a significant potential for the introduction of disturbing and technologically improved solutions. These innovations have the ability to significantly improve the quality of education and to play a key role in transforming patterns of consumption and information of individuals not only in India but worldwide. Over the years, the educational environment has undergone a deep transformation, which has led to changes in how students learn and are evaluated. However, it is essential to acknowledge that while artificial intelligence has an enormous promise in education, there are also remarkable disadvantages. This article provides a thorough analysis of the versatile impact of technology, especially AI on different levels of the educational system and also emphasizes the disadvantage of AI in the education sector. In addition, it provides a special way to develop efficient teaching platforms supported by AM for education and outlines a methodology that exports the use of the benefits of AI and corrects its restrictions.

Burns, particularly second-degree burns, present difficulties because they heal slowly, can become infected, and leave scars. This study investigated the use of egg yolk oil, which is high in fatty acids, phospholipids, vitamins A, D, E, K, and cholesterol, as a topical cream for the healing of burn wounds. Because of its alkaline pH and minerals, eggshell powder was also used to promote scab formation and reduce infection. Comparing the egg yolk oil cream to controls, the results demonstrated a considerable improvement in wound closure, collagen formation, tissue regeneration, and inflammation reduction. These results imply that, although more clinical research is required, it may be a natural, cost-effective, and efficient burn therapy option.

CFRP is the most promising material in civil engineering, it offers not only exceptional tensile strength but also an ultra-light-weight along with remarkable resistance to corrosion and environmental degradation. This paper attempts to study the performance of CFRP in improving the mechanical behavior and durability of concrete columns when exposed to severe conditions like moisture intrusion and thermal variations. To simulate real attack, reinforced and unreinforced test specimens have been exposed to controlled environmental conditions like chlorine salt immersion and salt-freezing cycles. The critical parameters were tensile strength, strain, modulus of elasticity, flexural strength, and deflection obtained through experimental testing. Results established that CFRP-reinforced specimens (RFND) performed much better than unreinforced ones (URFND) under all test conditions. The non-deteriorated tensile strength of CFRP sheets was found to be 3511.21MPa whereas for that subjected to prolonged salt immersion it was found to be only 3442.15MPa. Flexural strength increased significantly, the maximum value for reinforced concrete was 16.024MPa (RFND) as against 4.703MPa (URFND) for unreinforced concrete cast under similar conditions.

Millets have been integral to the traditional farming systems of Koraput district, Odisha, particularly among tribal communities reliant on rain-fed agriculture. This study examines the present status of millet cultivation, emphasizing its ecological benefits and role in food security. Despite their adaptability and low input needs, millets face challenges such as weak market linkages, low yields, and limited institutional backing. Through field research and stakeholder engagement, the paper outlines these constraints while exploring new opportunities, including government revival initiatives, organic farming potential, and rising consumer interest. It concludes with actionable strategies to enhance millet production through policy integration, value chain strengthening, and community participation.

Abstract: The Himalayas of Himachal Pradesh have gained significant popularity, driven by the region's stunning landscapes and challenging peaks, making it a premier destination for mountaineering. However, this surge in activity has left behind a trail of digital footprints, data generated through social media, GPS tracking, online forums, and other digital platforms. These digital traces have transformed the mountaineering landscape, offering new prospects for tourism and economic growth while posing challenges related to sustainability, safety, and environmental conservation efforts. This paper examines the implications of digital footprints on mountaineering in the Himachal Himalayas, focusing on their role in promoting mountaineering tourism and enhancing the scope for leveraging digital technologies to ensure responsible mountaineering practices. This study highlights the potential of digital footprints to inform sustainable mountaineering practices, improve emergency response systems, and support the preservation of the fragile Himalayan ecosystem.

Abstract: Functional amblyopia is a developmental visual disorder characterized by diminished (BCVA) without ocular pathology, often accompanied by reduction in contrast sensitivity, binocular balancing, fixation, and perception of motion. Traditional treatments such as optical correction, patching, and pharmacologic penalization have been widely used. However, emerging vision therapy techniques leveraging neuroplasticity, including perceptual learning and dichoptic training, have demonstrated promising results. Revital Vision (RV) and Bynocs are two novel therapeutic approaches that aim to improve visual function through distinct mechanisms. Revital Vision utilizes perceptual learning via Gabor patch-based stimulation to enhance neural efficiency and contrast sensitivity. This noninvasive, patient-specific therapy has shown efficacy in improving visual function in people with amblyopia, keratoconus, glaucoma, and after transplantation of cornea. Bynocs, on the other hand, employs dichoptic training with interactive exercises to reduce suppression of the amblyopic eye and enhance binocular integration. Studies indicate that Bynocs therapy benefits both pediatric and adult amblyopic patients, including those unresponsive to conventional occlusion therapy. Comparative analysis suggests that dichoptic training is particularly effective in reducing suppression and improving stereoacuity, whereas Revital Vision excels in enhancing contrast sensitivity and BCVA. Both methods underscore the role of neuroplasticity in visual rehabilitation, offering viable alternatives to traditional therapies.

Activity refers to the physical activity-specific clothes used by athletes. Tracksuits, gym suits, yoga wear, swimwear, and tights are among the several varieties of sportswear offered, depending on the sporting activity. The rise in popularity of these garments may be due to their distinct advantages, which include increased durability, greater range of motion, material breathability, and superior comfort. The aim of the study is to examine the influence of characteristic of consumer decision making style on the actual purchase of activity apparel and also determine the consumer's satisfaction level towards the purchase of activity apparel in relation with the behavioural loyalty. Data was gathered through a questionnaire survey of 200 apparel retail store consumers in Hyderabad. The influence of characteristic of consumer decision making style on the purchase of activity apparel relation between consumer's satisfaction and behavioural loyalty is investigated using structure equation Modelling.
