The rapid growth of digital streaming platforms has fundamentally changed the way audiences consume entertainment. With thousands of movies available across multiple platforms and genres, users frequently experience what is commonly referred to as the paradox of choice -- an overwhelming volume of options that makes meaningful discovery difficult rather than easier. While prior research in this domain has largely concentrated on improving the algorithmic accuracy of recommendation engines, comparatively little attention has been devoted to the equally important challenge of efficient data aggregation and intuitive content exploration. This paper proposes CineVerse, a web-based movie discovery platform designed to address this gap. CineVerse employs web crawling techniques to automatically collect structured movie metadata from online sources, stores this information using a lightweight JSON caching mechanism, and presents it through a responsive, user-friendly frontend interface. The system architecture follows a modular design consisting of four tightly integrated components: data collection, data storage, backend processing, and frontend visualization. The primary contribution of this work lies not in recommendation accuracy per se, but in providing a coherent, end-to-end pipeline that connects data retrieval, structured storage, and user-facing exploration. Preliminary results suggest that the proposed system offers faster data retrieval compared to live-fetch approaches and presents a clean browsing experience suitable for casual movie discovery. The platform also provides a solid foundation upon which personalized recommendation features can be layered in future iterations.

Introduction: Chronic low back pain in elderly individuals is frequently associated with degenerative musculoskeletal changes, post-traumatic factors, stiffness, and gastrointestinal disturbances that influence quality of life and functional mobility. Multimodal therapeutic strategies may provide symptomatic benefit when conventional symptom relief remains incomplete. Case Presentation: A 73-year-old male presented with chronic low back pain of approximately two years' duration, associated with low back stiffness. The patient had a history of fall-related injury and reported associated acidity and constipation. Appetite, bowel clearance, urination, and sleep were otherwise satisfactory. There was no history of diabetes mellitus or hypertension documented. Intervention: The patient was prescribed an integrative herbal regimen consisting of Gond Siyah powder, S-Care capsules, Boswellia serrata capsules, and Gond Siyah oil for local application, administered with lukewarm water and local massage as advised. Outcome: Follow-up records indicated approximately 60% relief in low back pain, with reduction in stiffness and improved comfort during daily activity. Conclusion: This case suggests that multimodal herbal therapy combining internal anti-inflammatory support and local application may provide symptomatic benefit in elderly chronic low back pain associated with stiffness and digestive complaints.

Visual Speech Recognition (VSR) enables machines to interpret speech by analyzing lip movements and facial expressions, reducing dependence on audio input in noisy environments. This paper proposes an Adaptive Multimodal Self-Healing AI (AMSHA) framework that combines a 3D-CNN and Transformer-based hybrid encoder for effective spatiotemporal feature extraction. It integrates a noise-adaptive audio-visual fusion module and a self-healing mechanism that dynamically adapts the model during performance degradation. Experimental results show that AMSHA improves word error rate (WER) by up to 14.3% under severe noise conditions across standard datasets, while maintaining real-time performance on edge devices. The framework is suitable for deployment in resource-constrained and noise-prone environments.

ABSTRACT: ?mav?ta is a chronic disorder described in ?yurveda, characterized by pain, swelling and stiffness of joints due to the formation and accumulation of ?ma. It closely resembles Rheumatoid Arthritis in its clinical presentation and poses challenges in long-term management. The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of Bh?vita ?igru M?la C?r?a (Moringa oleifera Lam.) and to compare its efficacy with Si?han?da Guggulu. A total of 60 patients were selected and divided into two groups, where Group A received Bh?vita ?igru M?la C?r?a and Group B received Si?han?da Guggulu. The therapy was assessed based on changes in clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters. Both groups showed significant improvement after treatment; however, better results were observed in Group A in terms of reduction in pain, swelling, stiffness and improvement in joint mobility. The enhanced effect of Bh?vita ?igru M?la C?r?a may be due to its ability to improve digestion, reduce ?ma and restore functional balance, which is further potentiated by the Bh?vana process. The study suggests that Bh?vita ?igru M?la C?r?a can be considered an effective option in the management of ?mav?ta.

Impulse buying -- the act of making unplanned, emotionally driven purchases -- has become one of the most widely studied phenomena in consumer behaviour research. Among all demographic groups, college students have emerged as a particularly susceptible cohort, shaped by financial vulnerability, social comparison pressures, and near-constant digital connectivity. This paper offers a comprehensive review and analysis of impulse buying behaviour among college students, drawing on recent empirical studies (2021-2025), theoretical frameworks including the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), and hedonic consumption theory. Key drivers examined include social media use, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), influencer marketing, live-stream commerce, self-control deficits, and emotional states such as social exclusion and stress. The paper argues that impulse buying among this group is not simply irrational or reckless -- it is a socially embedded, identity-driven act that carries both psychological and financial consequences. Marketing practitioners are offered strategic and ethical implications, while policy suggestions for universities and platforms are also discussed. The paper concludes by identifying gaps in the literature and directions for future research.

The rapid growth of digital technologies has significantly transformed consumer buying behaviour, particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This study examines the impact of digital marketing tools--namely online advertising (search and display), social media marketing and online reviews, influencer marketing, and email and video marketing--on consumer buying intention and buying behaviour. The study is based on primary data collected from 153 respondents using a structured questionnaire and snowball sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that online advertising, influencer marketing, and email and video marketing have a significant positive influence on buying intention, while social media marketing and online reviews do not show a significant effect on intention. Furthermore, all digital marketing variables significantly influence consumer buying behaviour, except influencer marketing, which shows a significant negative relationship. The study highlights that different digital marketing tools influence consumer intention and behaviour in distinct ways. The results provide valuable insights for marketers to design effective digital strategies in the FMCG sector by focusing on credibility, personalization, and customer engagement. Overall, the study emphasizes the growing importance of digital marketing in shaping modern consumer behaviour.

Only one epidemiological study on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) has been conducted in India, reporting a lifetime prevalence rate of 0.6%. This figure is considerably lower than the 2-3% prevalence rates reported in North American and European studies. However, similar low prevalence rates ranging from 0.5% to 0.9% have also been observed in a Taiwanese study. Until about two decades ago, OCD was considered a relatively rare psychiatric disorder. Since then, substantial advances have been made in understanding its biological basis, epidemiology, clinical features, co-morbidity, and treatment approaches. In recent years, increasing attention has also been directed toward obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, a group of related conditions sharing characteristics with OCD. In India, several aspects of OCD have been extensively investigated, particularly at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bangalore. This review attempts to examine the relevant research findings and available data on OCD from India.

Plagiarism has become a growing concern in academic writing and digital content creation due to the easy availability of online resources and the rapid use of artificial intelligence for text generation. While most existing systems focus only on detecting plagiarism, they do not actively help users produce original and meaningful content. This paper presents a Multi-Agent Plagiarism-Free Content Rewriter, an intelligent system designed to rewrite textual content while preserving its original meaning, factual accuracy, and writing intent. The proposed system integrates Groq Large Language Models (LLMs) with a multi-agent framework using CrewAI, where different agents collaboratively perform content extraction, rewriting, and refinement. The system allows users to customize the tone and length of the rewritten content and supports multiple input formats such as text files, PDF documents, and Word files. To assess originality, a lightweight plagiarism estimation method based on shingling and Jaccard similarity is employed.
