Ayurveda is a timeless science based on principles of prevention and healing. Although diseases are described in various forms in modern medicine, their fundamental imbalance often corresponds with Ayurvedic concepts. Ayurveda states that diseases and remedies are infinite, and treatment depends on proper understanding of principles rather than fixed formulations.Charaka Samhita describes fifty Mahakashaya groups, each containing ten herbs based on therapeutic action. Vishaghna Mahakashaya is one such group, consisting of herbs with anti-toxic properties that act primarily on Rakta and Pitta imbalances. These herbs help neutralize toxins and support detoxification.

in the 19th century Gujarat, a new middle class and intellectual leaders emerged, playing a key role in governance and social reforms. Their influence gradually transformed the socio-economic landscape, fostering a sense of identity and community among the Gujarati community Initially, many leaders supported British rules for its stability and progress supported British rules for its stability and progress, but over time, opposition grew as colonial policies became unjust. These intellectuals advocated for unity, equality, and modernization, shaping early nationalist ideas in Gujarat. This paper attempts to highlight the attitudes of prominent intellectuals towards colonial rule, within the context of the contemporary social conditions in Gujarat.

IT service desks in growing organizations routinely absorb a disproportionate share of staff hours on requests that fall below the skill threshold of the engineers handling them. Password resets, printer connectivity, VPN drop-outs, and software access queries collectively account for a large fraction of inbound tickets in any mid-sized IT team. This paper presents Vertexa Vision, a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that consolidates three operational functions--structured ticket management, real-time IT asset tracking, and keyword-driven chatbot assistance--into a single application sharing one data model. The system is built on the MERN stack: Next.js handles the frontend, Express.js on Node.js serves the REST API layer, and MongoDB Atlas provides persistent document storage. JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication enforces three-role access control across all API routes. The chatbot module processes incoming natural language queries through a pattern-matching NLP engine and resolves recognized requests without human intervention, targeting a deflection rate above 60% for standard tier-1 issues. A three-tier subscription model (Silver, Gold, Diamond) scales the platform from small teams of 50 users to deployments exceeding 500 concurrent users. System performance was validated against 25 functional test cases spanning authentication flows, ticket lifecycle transitions, chatbot response accuracy, and asset record integrity. A 30-day pilot with 12 volunteer users recorded an average ticket resolution time of 4.2 hours, dropping to 18 minutes for requests handled autonomously by the chatbot. API response times held below 400 ms at 100 concurrent virtual users. The framework provides a deployable, open-architecture alternative to commercial ITSM products whose licensing costs place them out of reach for smaller IT organizations.

Background: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is a progressive respiratory disorder characterized by persistent airflow limitation, mucus hypersecretion, dyspnea, and reduced functional capacity. Airway clearance techniques are commonly used in pulmonary rehabilitation to improve respiratory function and secretion removal. Among these techniques, the Active Cycle of Breathing Technique has gained considerable attention due to its effectiveness in improving airway clearance and reducing respiratory symptoms in COPD patients. Objective: The objective of this literature review was to evaluate the impact of ACBT on pulmonary function, sputum clearance, dyspnea, oxygen saturation, and quality of life in patients with COPD. Methodology: A literature review was conducted using electronic databases including PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and Cochrane Library. Relevant articles published between 2015 and 2025 were selected. Randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and experimental studies published in English were included in the review. Conclusion: ACBT is a safe and efficient method of clearing the airways for people with COPD. It is easy to use, affordable, and appropriate for pulmonary rehabilitation programs, and it improves respiratory function, secretion clearance, exercise tolerance, and quality of life.

Cloud-based apps today expect more scalability, reliability, and speed in deploying new features than what traditional monolithic apps can provide. For traditional architectures, both tightly coupled business logic and limited flexibility are two primary disadvantages when trying to satisfy customer demand for fast-changing features. A new architectural style called microservices has taken shape as an effective means for organizations to break down their monolithic applications into multiple standalone components. This paper outlines the findings from an extensive investigation into how microservices architecture works within cloud computing platforms, with particular focus placed on the areas of scalability, performance, and reliability. Additionally, this paper also discusses various ways to build scalable, highly reliable cloud applications using commonly adopted cloud-native technologies (e.g., containerization, orchestration platforms).

Dr. KOTRA LAKSHMINARAYANA, M.A., Ph.D. ABSTRACT Infant young child feeding practices among indigenous populations significantly influence maternal health and neonatal outcomes. This study evaluates the breastfeeding patterns, timelines and weaning practices across select Indian tribal communities, with a specific focus on the Savara population of Andhra Pradesh. A comparative literature review and regional analysis were conducted using data from documented maternal health surveys and regional tribal studies across India (including the Hakkipikki, Korku, Gond, and Savara communities) to evaluate breastfeeding initiation, duration and complementary feeding trends. Distinct regional variations emerge in lactation retention. While Hakkipikki mothers demonstrate high long-term breastfeeding rates , regions like Melghat show shorter durations due to socioeconomic constraints. In the Savara population, timely initiation within the first hour postpartum is critically low at 0.8%, with 11.0% delaying initiation for 2 to 3 days. This delay leads to harmful pre-lacteal feeding, depriving newborns of essential colostrum immunogens. Conversely, extended lactation is prominent among the Savara, spanning 26 to 27 months. Driven by positive maternal attitudes toward its safety, sterility and cost-effectiveness, this prolonged nursing serves as a natural contraceptive that lowers community fertility rates via lactational amenorrhea. Regarding weaning, 83.7% of Savara infants start complementary feeding within the optimal 6-to-8-month window, though 16.0% face delayed supplementation beyond 9 months. Addressing the critical gap in immediate breastfeeding initiation and preventing delayed weaning through culturally tailored public health interventions is essential to reduce neonatal mortality and optimize infant nutrition in tribal ecosystems.

Agriculture plays a vital role in the economic development of many countries, especially in India, where a large portion of the population depends on farming for their livelihood. Data preprocessing techniques like cleaning, normalization, and feature selection are performed to improve prediction accuracy. The trained model predicts future crop prices for different crops and regions, which helps farmers to make better decisions about crop selection, storage, and selling time. The proposed system reduces financial risk, improves agricultural planning, and supports smart farming practices. This project demonstrates that machine learning can play a significant role in improving the economic stability of the farming community. Crop price prediction plays a vital role in enhancing agricultural planning and ensuring economic stability for farmers. This study presents a deep learning-based approach using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to forecast crop prices with high accuracy. Unlike traditional machine learning models, LSTM is particularly effective in handling time-series data due to its ability to capture long-term dependencies and temporal patterns in historical price data. The LSTM network is trained to learn complex patterns in sequential data, enabling it to predict future crop prices more reliably.
