We introduce a Vision-Driven Cognitive Robotic Arm System, a pioneering, state-of-the-art intelligent automation framework combining real-time insights from computer vision powered by YOLOv8, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and AI-driven contextual reasoning through Gemini. A six degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) robotic manipulator equipped with servo motors controlled by an Arduino microcontroller is implemented that adaptively completes pick-and-place tasks according to the artificial intelligence-generated interpretation of natural language instructions. YOLOv8 perception allows the automated detection of objects and defect classification at high accuracy on dynamic parts workpieces, and the Gemini automatically translates unstructured voice instructions into parameterized motion sequences. This ensures failure to communicate between the primary Gemini API and the reasoning pipeline is handled gracefully by switching to a secondary engine based on Groq, thereby keeping the robotic arm operational in the event of repeated communication failures and making the operation more reliable. The Accuracy of positioning is approximately sub-centimetre, when using ArUco markers for camera to workspace homography calibration. We test our platform on four types of tasks: Object sorting, Spatial relocation, Out of reach object handling, and Sequence optimisation using memory tasks. The outcome in 170 trials is in excellent agreement with the weighted mean 95.3% (+-2.1%) success rate. Structured operational logs are automatically generated with pandas and openpyxl. The developed end-to-end unified cognitive architecture (between vision (including language), actuation and data management) on accessible open-source hardware, which to the best of our knowledge, has not been reported as a complete validated end-to-end system on low-cost commodity hardware, is the most significant contribution of this work.

Endophytic fungi live inside the plants, without causing any harm to the hosts and its produce the secondary metabolites which are known to possess antimicrobial activity. Justicia adhatoda has been used in Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy medicine. In this study, 30 samples of plants were collected from area of Damoh district (MP) and screened for the endophytic fungi. The plant first rinsed in running tap water to remove the dust and the other debris present in it. Segments of approximately 0.5 cm were cut with sterile lancet blades and surface sterilized by agitating in 70% ethanol (5 s), followed by treatment with 4% Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), (90 s) and then rinsed in sterile distilled water (10 s). 40 segments (leaf and stem) from different plants are processed for the isolation of endophytic fungi. A total of 23 endophytic fungi was isolated and identified. The leaf segments showed a maximum repository for endophytic fungi than the stem segments. Among the 27 endophytic fungi, the predominant endophytic fungi isolated belonged to the genera of Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium oxysporum, Aspergillus fumigatus and some sterile fungi followed by Cercospora Oxysporum. In this study, it is also observed that the majority of the fungi belonged to dematiaceous hyphomycetes. From this study it is concluded that the isolation of endophytic fungi from Justacia adhatoda may be a good source for some novel bioactive compound. However, further studies are required to screen these endophytic fungi for production of novel bioactive compounds. Endophytes are potential source of various novel compounds that help to promote plant growth, eliminate plant pathogens, and enable the plant to resist stress - like conditions.

At present, environmental crises such as climate change, pollution, increasing waste generation, and excessive exploitation of natural resources have become serious challenges to human existence. In India, the huge amount of solid and hazardous waste generated annually, along with the associated economic losses, further intensifies this problem. The purpose of this research paper is to analyze how the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 can promote sustainable waste management and green innovation by making education an effective medium. This study is based on the perspective of viewing waste not as a "discarded material" but as a "resource," along with the concept of a circular economy. The research highlights that value-based and experiential learning can develop environmental responsibility, behavioral change, and innovative capacity among students, which proves helpful in achieving long-term sustainable development.

This paper aims to compare and contrast the varied linguistic strategies used by John Boyne in The boy in the striped Pyjamas (2006) with the sensory strategizing of Mark Herman in his movie adaptation of the same name in 2008. The philological and cinematographic storytelling methodologies are analyzed to garner how each artist managed to convey the same sensitive theme of the dread and horror of the holocaust whilst strictly preserving the child's protagonist's innocence. The competence of their specific creative tools, the purpose achieved and the limitations managed within their specific creative platform is also examined to decipher the efficacy of each storytelling medium.

The von Neumann architecture, rooted in Boolean logic and CMOS-based hardware, has long defined the landscape of high-performance computing. However, diminishing returns from hardware scaling, increasing energy demands, and the memory bottleneck have exposed its critical limitations. Simultaneously, the evolution of software--marked by data-centric paradigms such as neural networks, large language models, and reinforcement learning--has created a growing mismatch between computational needs and architectural capabilities. Neuromorphic computing offers a fundamentally different approach by emulating the structure and behaviour of the biological brain. Systems based on neurons and synapses achieve high parallelism, temporal coding, and low energy operation. Emerging device technologies, including memristors, carbon nanotubes, photonics, and quantum systems, enable the physical realisation of neural functions, moving beyond digital emulation. These platforms introduce native stochasticity and scalability, supporting robust learning and generalisation. As the computing paradigm shifts, the direct implementation of neural computation in hardware marks a decisive step toward energy-efficient and architecture-aligned computing for future workloads.

Diabetic ulcers are a complication in patient with uncontrolled diabetic , especially on the feet with amputation rates reaching 30% . Wound management with dry gauze can damage new cells because the gauze sticks to the wound and cause pain. The patch innovation has the advantage of protecting the wound from external factors, providing moisture ,and being sterile without causing pain. The combination of moringa leaf and guava leaf can help diabetic wound heal. Guava leaves (psidium guajava L.) Contain saponins, tannins, and flavonoids that effectively inhibit bacterial growth and are antioxidants. Moringa Oleifera, also known as the Moringa ,tree of life or miracle tree, is classified as an importance herbal plant due to its immense medicinal and non-medicinal benefits. Traditionally, the plant is used to cure wound , pain, ulcers, liver disease, heart disease, cancer, and inflammation. It is a single family shrub and tree that is cultivated in a whole tropical belt. It belongs to the family Moringaceae. Multiple bio-active compounds such as phenolic acid, flavonoids, alkaloids, natural sugars, vitamin, minerals, and various organic acids are analyzed. Many pharmacological studies has shown the ability of plant as it posses many analgesic, anti-inflammatory, immune-modulatory and many more properties. Formulation it in a transdermal patch will increase its absorption into the systemic circulation as the human skin is readily accessible surface of drug delivery system. There is considerable interest in the as a site of drug application in both systemic and local affect. Thus the review article explores the overall study on the extraction of Moringa oleifera and its formulation in transdermal patch.

The global knowledge economy demands that Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) operate as generators of patentable innovation and commercialisable intellectual property. India and France -- elevated to a Special Global Strategic Partnership on February 17, 2026 -- govern two landmark national frameworks: India's National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) with its Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) Act 2023 (Rs. 50,000 crore corpus), and France's EUR54 billion France 2030 investment strategy. Despite India recording 82,811 patent applications in 2024-25 -- a 31.6% annualised growth -- HEI patent commercialisation remains below 5%, against France's SATT network rate of 28%. A critical institutional advance signals transformation: IIT Madras inaugurated India's first industry-defined 'Innovation Doctorate' on August 4, 2025, achieving 1.2 patents per day and incubating 104 deep-tech startups in FY2024-25 -- validating prototype-based doctoral models nationally. Objective: This paper: (i) comparatively analyses NEP 2020 and France 2030 across Research, Innovation, IPR, and Patents in HEIs; (ii) identifies structural complementarities; and (iii) proposes the Bilateral Research-Innovation-Patent-IPR Framework (BRIPP) as India's actionable bilateral architecture for Bharat Innovates 2026. Method: A conceptual framework development methodology employs systematic comparative policy document analysis using the Four-Pillar Comparative Matrix, anchored in the Triple Helix model, Mode 2 knowledge production theory, and TRL bridging analysis. Primary sources include NEP 2020, ANRF Act 2023, France 2030, ANR reports, SATT data, India-France Joint Statement (February 2026), and IIT Madras School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (August 2025). Results: The analysis reveals convergence in research culture investment and strong divergence in TRL infrastructure maturity (India TRL 1-3; France TRL 4-9) and patent commercialisation mechanisms. IIT Madras's Innovation Doctorate -- achieving 417 patents in one year -- constitutes India's proof-of-concept for the Doctorate in Innovation model. The BRIPP Framework's eight bilateral action pillars, including the D.Innovation-CIFRE bilateral doctoral track and the IPO-INPI patent co-filing protocol, provide a quantified pathway to raising India's HEI commercialisation rate to 18% by 2032. Conclusion: Bharat Innovates 2026 represents a geopolitically unique window -- coinciding with the G7 France Summit -- for formalising the BRIPP Framework as a binding bilateral agreement positioning Indian HEIs as co-producers of globally defensible intellectual property.

In order to create sustainable smart environments, this article offers a thorough framework for combining green computing concepts with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The influence of IoT devices on the environment has become a major worry as their exponential growth is expected to reach 30 billion by 2025. Our study shows that IoT system energy consumption may be lowered by 40-65% while preserving operational efficiency through the use of intelligent power management algorithms, efficient hardware architectures, and renewable energy harvesting methods. Important issues in network protocols, edge computing, cloud architecture, and hardware design are addressed by the suggested multi-layer framework. By means of comprehensive examinations of existing technologies, case studies of implementation, and comparative assessments, we provide workable plans for implementing green IoT solutions in smart cities, healthcare, and agriculture. Future research directions in self-sustaining IoT networks and biodegradable electronics are also identified in the article. Energy management is a critical challenge for sustainable development as a result of growing energy needs brought on by the expansion of Internet of Things (IoT) networks. In order to lower energy consumption and increase the longevity of IoT networks, this study provides a thorough analysis of energy management tactics in IoT, with a particular emphasis on energy harvesting and energy-saving methods. To lower the carbon footprint and boost the effectiveness of IoT devices, the authors specifically investigate the integration of renewable energy sources, such as solar, thermal, and mechanical energy. Furthermore, the survey identifies the security flaws in energy management procedures and suggests solutions to guarantee safe and long-lasting IoT networks. The findings emphasise the importance of optimising both energy efficiency and security in future IoT deployments.
