A fungal infection of the skin is one of the most common dermatological conditions today. 40 million individuals suffer fungal infections, according to research. Superficial and subcutaneous fungal infections affect the keratinous tissues, mucous membranes, and epidermis. Two of the most prevalent dermatophytic conditions, superficial candidiasis of the mouth, skin, or genital tract and disorders caused by Malassezia, include pityriasis versicolor and Malassezia folliculitis. When an opportunistic organism infects a susceptible host, it can result in systemic fungal diseases. Either they are native to a certain area, or they may be associated with a more invasive creature. Aspergillus species and Candida albicans are the most prevalent pathogens; however, other fungi, including Candida species that are not albicans, are increasingly playing a role in the development of systemic fungal infections. Therapies for fungal infections include flucytosine, azoles, allylamines, echinocandins, and griseofulvin, among other antifungal medications. Particularly about drug resistance, there have been difficulties and barriers to modern treatment. Numerous plant species' phytochemistry has shown that they may be a more effective source of medicine than synthetically made medications. Plant-based natural remedies are still employed as therapeutic agents, particularly to treat helminthic, viral, bacterial, fungal, and protozoal illnesses. This review focuses on using plant components to stop fungal infections brought on by different pathogens. As so, it will prove advantageous for the pharmaceutical industry.

Right to life is one of the basic as well as fundamental right without which all rights cannot be enjoyed. Right to life means a human being has an essential right to live, particularly that such human being has the right not to be killed by another human being. But the question arises that if a person has a right to live, whether he has a right not to live i.e., whether he has a right to die? While giving this answer, the Indian courts expressed different opinions. The "Right to Die" has emerged as a significant constitutional and ethical issue, particularly in the context of Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, which guarantees the fundamental right to life and personal liberty. The interpretation of this right in relation to the "Right to Die" has been the subject of intense legal and moral debate in India. While Article 21 ensures the protection of life, it does not explicitly address the right to end one's life or seek euthanasia. Over time, judicial pronouncements, especially in landmark cases like Aruna Shanbaug and Common Cause, have gradually shaped the contours of the right to die, acknowledging that in certain circumstances, such as in cases of terminal illness or an individual's desire to avoid prolonged suffering, this right may be recognized under the broad ambit of personal liberty.

5G is an advanced wireless technology that significantly enhances capacity, offering extremely low latency, high data rates, and superior quality of service. The performance of each 5G device heavily relies on the design of the nano-antenna, which plays a crucial role in optimizing communication efficiency, channel capacity, and spectrum efficiency. Various strategies have been developed to improve antenna performance. However, achieving a design that is compact, cost-effective, offers enhanced bandwidth and gain, and minimizes radiation losses remains a challenging task. To address these challenges and improve nano-antenna efficiency, a novel approach known as Snobby Variance Multi-objective Harris Hawks Optimization (SVHOP) is introduced. This technique initializes populations of Harris hawks (i.e., nano-antennas) and evaluates their fitness based on multi-objective functions, including parameters such as distance, thickness, width, length, incident light wavelength, and gain. Elitism selection is employed within the Harris hawks optimization to randomly select the nano-antenna with the best fitness. The global optimum solution is then determined based on position updates. The proposed SVHOP technique is simulated using MATLAB, with performance metrics such as heat loss, thermal loss, SWR, electric field, and radiation efficiency. The simulation results show that SVHOP significantly improves the nano-antenna's performance, reducing heat loss, thermal loss, SWR, and electric field while enhancing efficiency relative to wavelength.

This work mainly focuses on developing accelerating CNN inference using an FPGA-based custom hardware accelerator on the PYNQ Z2 platform. The target application is of the dataset by MNIST for handwritten digit classification. A pre-trained CNN model is implemented, with convolutional and max-pooling layers designed in Verilog for FPGA execution. The software inference is performed using jupyter notebook, a python integrated environment. The PYNQ Z2 board facilitated an efficient design flow by integrating hardware and software elements, allowing for real-time processing of input data. The custom accelerator is built to implement the major layers of the CNN which includes 5x5 convolution layers, max pooling layers and a fully connected layer. This work shows the growing relevance of FPGAs in the hardware acceleration field for Deep Learning. By exploring the ability and potentiality of the PYNQ-Z2 board, this work showcases the potential of FPGA based accelerators in addressing the computational challenges posed by the CNNs and paves the way for future advancements and development in Hardware-Software co-design.

This essay provides a thorough comparison of Radclyffe Hall's The Well of Loneliness (1928) and Virginia Woolf's Orlando (1928), exploring how each work challenges traditional ideas of gender, time, and sexuality through its unique narrative techniques. Hall creates a tragic realist depiction of lesbian identity limited by heteronormative temporality, whereas Woolf uses a fantastical, nonlinear approach to celebrate gender fluidity and temporal elasticity. This study shows how these works express resistance to normative historical and biological narratives, offering alternative frameworks for comprehending identity and desire, through close textual analysis and engagement with theories of gender performativity (Butler) and queer temporal theory (Halberstam, Freeman). The study contends that both novels' radical reimagining of queer existence, in spite of their stylistic differences, fundamentally challenges early 20th-century sexual and temporal norms.

This research studies comparison of attention span and burnout between secondary school students who attend after-school coaching (ASC) and non-engaging peers. The study seeks to ascertain if extra academic support affects cognitive stamina and stress levels. A questionnaire survey was conducted by purposive sampling with a sample of 60 students--30 in ASC and 30 counterparts not participating. Maslach Burnout Inventory for Students (MBI-SS) was used to measure burnout on three dimensions, and attention span was tested using the Attention Control Test (ATTC). Differences between the two groups were analyzed through a t-test. Results show that students in ASC reported increased burnout on two of three dimensions measured, contrary to the existing theoretical assumption that ASC might add to academic strain. Nonetheless, the results of attention span were not found to differ between the groups. More research with large populations and varied education settings can help unveil more about this phenomenon.
