Work-family conflict is defined as the "inter-role conflict that occurs due to the general demands of, time devoted to, and strain created by the job which interfere with performing family-related responsibilities." (Netemeyer et al., 1996). Family-work conflict is defined as a "form of inter-role conflict in which the general demands of, time devoted to, and strain created by the family which interfere with performing work-related responsibilities." (Netemeyer et al., 1996). Life satisfaction, as defined by Shin and Johnson (1978), is a "judgmental process, in which individuals assess the quality of their lives on the basis of their own unique set of criteria." A quantitative, correlational study was conducted to measure variables. Work-family conflict, family-work conflict scale given by Netemeyer, Boles, and McMurrian (1996) and Satisfaction with Life Scale, constructed by Pavot and Diener (2009) were used in order to collect data from 292 working individuals from various professions using Purposive sampling technique. The cross-sectional study revealed that police personnel experience more work-family conflict and low life satisfaction while advocates have low work-family conflict and high levels of life satisfaction. Studying work-family conflict helps identify stressors and contribute to developing interventions that promote work-life balance. Interventions to decrease work-family conflict will in turn increase life satisfaction.

Abstract: The Maximum Power Transfer Theorem states that a solar module cannot transfer maximum power to the load independently due to impedance mismatch. To address this, a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) system is essential for extracting maximum power. This paper proposes an MPPT system using a buck-boost converter controlled by a microcontroller PWM. The output power of the photovoltaic (PV) module is measured using sensors and sent to the microcontroller. The system continuously compares the current output power with the previous value and adjusts the converter's duty cycle to track the maximum power point. This iterative process continues until the output power approaches the maximum power point. The proposed system employs an Incremental conductance algorithm to enhance tracking accuracy and efficiency.

Viksit Bharat @2047, India's ambitious ambition, is to establish the nation as a developed economy by the year of its centennial. In order to identify important areas where behavioral insights can improve policy effectiveness, economic decision-making, and financial inclusion, this research examines the relationship between behavioral finance concepts and India's development trajectory. This paper explores the intersection of behavioral finance and India's strategic development towards achieving "Viksit Bharat @2047," a vision of a fully developed nation by the 100th anniversary of its independence. The study delves into how behavioral finance principles--such as overconfidence, aversion of losses and mental accounting etc. can influence financial behavior at both individual and institutional levels, thereby impacting economic policies and outcomes. By suggesting mitigation strategies, the paper identifies key areas where behavioral insights can be leveraged to enhance policy effectiveness, financial inclusion, and sustainable economic growth. The results imply that incorporating behavioral finance into the formulation and application of policies may be essential in tackling issues such as investment patterns, savings habits, and financial literacy--all of which are critical to India's development objectives. In order to link behavioral insights with the larger goals of national development and ultimately contribute to a more affluent and equitable Viksit Bharat by 2047, this research offers strategic recommendations for stakeholders, financial institutions, and policy makers.

The growing need for environmental sustainability has catalyzed the development of green synthetic methodologies in organic chemistry. Traditional synthetic processes often involve hazardous reagents, toxic solvents, and energy-intensive conditions, leading to significant environmental and health concerns. Green chemistry, based on twelve guiding principles, seeks to create safer, more sustainable reactions by emphasizing waste reduction, atom economy, and the use of renewable raw materials. This paper examines major green synthetic approaches, including biocatalysis, solvent-free and environmentally benign solvent-based reactions, microwave-assisted synthesis, and mechanochemistry, demonstrating their effectiveness in enhancing reaction efficiency while minimizing ecological impact. Sustainable catalysis, utilizing enzymatic, homogeneous, heterogeneous, and metal-organic framework (MOF)-based catalysts, has further advanced the selectivity and efficiency of chemical transformations. Industrial applications, particularly in pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, highlight the successful transition toward eco-friendly methodologies to minimize hazardous waste and improve process sustainability. Despite advancements, challenges such as scalability, economic feasibility, and regulatory compliance remain barriers to widespread adoption. Future research aims to refine reaction conditions, develop cost-effective catalytic systems, and incorporate computational and artificial intelligence-driven strategies to optimize green synthesis. This study underscores the critical role of continuous innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration in achieving sustainable organic synthesis while maintaining industrial efficiency and environmental responsibility.

The present study focuses on the Formulation and evaluation of a mesalazine mucoadhesive and time-dependent colon-targeted drug delivery system for the effective management of inflammatory bowel diseases. The objective was to ensure minimal drug release in the stomach and small intestine while providing a controlled, targeted release in the colon. Various batch formulations were prepared using different ratios of mucoadhesive polymers such as pectin etc. and time-dependent polymers such as ethlycellusoe to achieve this Colon Targeted Drug Delivery system. The selection criteria emphasized achieving minimal drug release in the first 4-5 hours to bypass the stomach and small intestine and provide protection from upper GIT, followed by a significant release after 5-6 hours for precise colon targeting. Dissolution studies were conducted on nine batches to determine the release profile. Among the tested formulations, Batch 4,5,6 and 7 minimal release during the initial 5 hours and a gradual, sustained release thereafter. Batch B3, B6 and B9 showing a higher mucoadhesion profile. Batch 6 the optimal candidate for time-dependent colon-targeted delivery and as well as muchoadhesion, ensuring effective site-specific drug release. Batch 5 and Batch 7 also displayed acceptable release profiles, showing a proper lag phase with a gradual increase in drug release but have less muchoadhesion. However, Batch 6 stood out with a superior balance of controlled release and lag phase with high muchoadhesion, confirming its suitability for colon targeting. In contrast, Batches 1, 2, 3, 4, and 9 showed premature drug release within the first 3-4 hours, failing to meet the criteria for time-dependent delivery. Similarly, Batch 8 exhibited a higher initial release, making it unsuitable for effective colon targeting. The study concludes that Batch 6 is the best formulation for a mesalazine mucoadhesive and time-dependent colon-targeted drug delivery system, offering enhanced therapeutic efficacy and reduced systemic side effects in the treatment of colonic disorders. This optimized system leverages controlled release technology to address the limitations of conventional therapies.Further investigations, including in vivo studies, are recommended to validate the in vitro findings and confirm the clinical potential of this formulation. The promising results from this study the way for advanced, targeted drug delivery systems for chronic gastrointestinal diseases.
