The study aimed to develop and evaluate a polyherbal shampoo preparation, comparing its physicochemical properties with both herbal and synthetic commercial counterparts. The objective was to create an Ayurvedic shampoo utilizing natural herbs and compounds, aiming for improved efficacy and safety compared to synthetic alternatives. Key components of the formulation included Shikakai, Reetha, and Amla, comprising 10% of the active ingredients. Citric acid was utilized for pH adjustment, while a minimal quantity of methyl paraben served as a preservative. Various tests were conducted to assess the physicochemical properties of the formulated and commercial shampoos, including visual inspection, pH determination, solid content percentage, foam volume and stability, surface tension measurement, detergency, and dirt dispersion analysis. The polyherbal shampoo exhibited clarity and visual appeal, along with satisfactory cleansing and detergency performance within five minutes of application. Additionally, it demonstrated low surface tension, small bubble size, and stable foam formation. Comparative analysis indicated that the formulated shampoo provided conditioning effects comparable to those of commercial counterparts, suggesting promising performance in conditioning aspects.

The early detection of lung cancer is crucial for improving patient outcomes and reducing mortality rates. In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques have emerged as powerful tools for enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of lung cancer detection. This abstract provides an overview of the key findings and advancements in AI/ML based approaches for early detection of lung cancer. AI/ML techniques offer the ability to analyze diverse datasets, including medical imaging data, genomic profiles, and clinical variables, to identify individuals at high risk of developing lung cancer. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and transfer learning methods have shown promise in analyzing chest CT scans and X-ray images to detect lung nodules and abnormalities with high sensitivity and specificity. Integration of biomarker data, such as genomic mutations and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) profiles, further enhances the accuracy of lung cancer detection models. Multimodal fusion techniques, ensemble learning methods, and realtime decision support systems enable comprehensive analysis and interpretation of data, facilitating early detection and intervention. Future research directions include the integration of multiomics data, longitudinal monitoring strategies, and personalized risk assessment models to improve the effectiveness of lung cancer screening programs. Challenges such as data standardization, interpretability of AI models, and ethical considerations must be addressed to ensure the responsible deployment of AI/ML techniques in clinical practice. Collaboration between researchers, clinicians, and industry partners is essential for advancing the field and translating research findings into actionable insights for improving patient care. In conclusion, AI/ML techniques hold immense promise for revolutionizing the early detection of lung cancer. By leveraging emerging technologies and interdisciplinary collaboration, we can enhance screening strategies, enable personalized interventions, and ultimately, save lives through early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.

In the most of the developing countries, the effort of collecting electricity utility meter reading and detecting illegal usage of electricity is a very difficult and time consuming task which requires a lot of human resources. Energy meter reading and monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) presents an efficient and cost-effective way to transfer the information of energy consumed by the consumer as well as it provides facilities to detect the illegal usage of the electricity with the help of wireless communication. Aim of this study is to measure electricity consumption in the household and generate its bill automatically using IoT and telemetric communication techniques. Also this study aims to detect and control the energy theft. The Arduino microcontroller is employed to coordinate the activities with digital energy meter system and to connect the system to a WiFi network and subsequently to the Internet and Server. It has the facility to disconnect and reconnect the electricity supply automatically. The proposed system is capable of continuously monitor and being notified about the number of units consumed to the energy provider and consumer. The energy consumptions are calculated automatically and the bill is updated on the internet by using a network of Internet of Things. This automation can reduce the needs of the manual labours .

The most famous saint among the subsequent generation of Kabir's disciples was Dadu Dayal. Born in Ahmedabad, Dadu spent most of his time in Rajputana. Kindness, humility and forgiveness are clearly visible in Dadu's message. Dadu's message is completely free from religious prejudices of Hinduism or Islam. He emphasized on the basic unity and brotherhood of all religions. Like his great guru Kabir, Dadu was also a strong advocate of Hindu-Muslim unity and his thoughts about God, religion, rituals and religious formalities, idol worship, castes, Mahants-Pandas, incarnationism, pilgrimage etc. were similar to Kabir's. The sect he led is famous by the name of Dadupanth. After his death, his disciples Garibdas and Madhodas made great efforts to propagate his teachings.

The delivery of drugs through the mucous membrane of the mouth is thought to be a promising substitute for oral administration. Sublingual literally meaning is "under the tongue". Administrating substances is rapidly absorbed via blood vessels under tongue. The portionof drug absorbed through the sublingual blood vessels bypasses the hepatic first pass metabolism processes giving acceptable bioavailability. Sublingual tablet dissolve instantaneously, releasing the drug within a few second without the need of water and chewing. The objectives behind this review were to summaries the benefits of sublingual formulation, mechanismof action, advantages of route of administration, factor affecting permeability of drug, various in vitro evaluation parameters and commercially available sublingual dosage from. Sublingual tablet disintegrates rapidly and the small amount of saliva present is usually sufficient for achieving disintegration of the dosage form coupled with better dissolution and increased bioavailability. Different sublingual technologies address pharmaceutical industries and patient need to enhanced lifecycle and appropriate dosing for pediatric, geriatric, psychiatric patients also patients with dysphagia.

The EcoStride Advance Footstep Electricity Generator Project is an ingenious and eco-friendly initiative aimed at harnessing the kinetic energy generated by human footsteps to produce electrical power. This project leverages the concept of piezoelectricity, a renewable energy source that converts mechanical stress into electricity, to provide a sustainable and clean energy solution. By integrating specially designed flooring systems with embedded piezoelectric materials in high-traffic areas, this project offers an innovative approach to address the ever-growing demand for clean and renewable energy sources. The key components of the EcoStride Advance Footstep Electricity Generator include piezoelectric materials, a custom flooring system, an energy conversion mechanism, and an energy storage system. When an individual steps on the flooring, the embedded piezoelectric materials generate electric charge through the piezoelectric effect. This electric charge is then efficiently converted into a usable form of electricity, and any surplus energy is stored in batteries or supercapacitors for later use. The project presents several benefits, such as harnessing renewable energy from an otherwise underutilized source, reducing the environmental impact by lowering reliance on fossil fuels, and providing economic savings in public areas with high foot traffic. Moreover, this technology promotes green and sustainable solutions, aligning with the global shift towards a more environmentally conscious and energy-efficient future.

For the purpose of quantifying prazosin in active pharmaceutical components and tablet dose formulation, an affordable, straightforward, accurate, precise, and versatile UV spectrophotometric approach based on absorption ratio has been developed and verified in accordance with ICH requirements. In the current investigation, prazosin was estimated using the absorbance values at 243 nm. The analyses findings for linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD, and LOQ have all been statistically confirmed. With a correlation coefficient of 0.9988, the procedure was shown to be linear in the concentration range of 1-5 g/ml. The results for the validation parameters also showed that the suggested approach was determined to be appropriate, sensitive, repeatable, accurate, and exact. As a result, this technique is helpful for routine quality control analysis to estimate prazosin in pharmaceutical.
