 Abstract

This research report is based on the issue of the prevailing competition in the health cares ervices In the NHS with regard to one of its trust that is the New castle hospital in UK. NHS is the dominant health care services provider in the UK. The private sector healthcare services although existent and growing are still the not very sort after services due to high costs and accessibility issues. Due to this there is not much external stimulating competition in the UK healthcare sector. However with decentralization of NHS structure and functioning greater deal of incentives have been introduced and more flexibility is provided to each healthcare and social care unit under NHS. The research study will be covering the various aspects of the competition

 Abstract

People came out of the forest searching for their livelihood and finds a new way of living. From agriculture to technology the world changes around us through the process of urbanization. The life of the household changes and the notion of the property also changes. Buildings are an important property of a household. Buildings used by the household for their safe living and considered an asset. For the time being urbanization brings changes in buildings holdings not only from residential purposes to various business purposes. Now we are going to check any differences in building holdings of households in the most urbanized and least urbanized districts in Kerala.

 Abstract

A typical type of prototype aims to make a vehicle for driving safer than before. The principle function of the device is used to avoid unauthorized drivers and reduce car thefts. This proposed system is to recognize the biometric identification of the approved users with the help of biometric identification and which is connected with the Printed circuit board (PCB). When the unknown authorized persons will detect, vehicle ignition system will be turn off. This proposed system will help to increase our safety of the people seating inside the car. This sensor will help increase or decrease the number of users is going to drive with the permission of the stored dataset. The proposed finger print recognition system ensures a safety driving together with maintaining protocols. The proposed module will be more reliable and authorization of users with the user friendly modifications. It has easy to configure some other sensors or features

 Abstract

AIM :Self esteem is defined as general self -worth and effective experiences of the self that are linked to these global appraisals(Murphy and Morrel ,2005). Psychological well-being refers to how people evaluate their lives cognitively and effectively,in terms of satisfaction (Former et al,1985). Psychological well-being can be described as a State of a mental disorder, from the perspective of positive psychology. (Kitchener and jorm (2002).The present study aimed to investigate the self esteem and psychological well-being among working and non working women. METHOD: The study was done on 70 women aged 20 to 55 ,out of which 35 were working and 35 were non working. Purposive sampling methods was used. For assessment and measuring self esteem,the self esteem scale (Rosenberg ,1965)and for psychological well-being a scale measured and developed by (Goldberg ,1972) were used to collect data. The data were analysed by mean, standard deviation, Independent sample t-test , Pearson's product moment correlation. RESULTS: Result proves it , there is a significant difference in Self esteem among working and non working women. There is no significant difference in psychological well-being among working and non working women. Statistically there is no significant relationship between self esteem and psychological well-being among working and non working women.

 Abstract

Abstract The study of the plant species Vanathirayapattinam forest of Ariyalur district, TamilNadu was explored for the floristic studies and life form spectrum. It covers an area 8 ha. Totally 112 Angiosprmic plant species represented by 91 genera belonging to 47 families and the habit wise distribution of plants species dominance of Herb 33 (29.46%) followed by Shrub 29 Species (25.89%), Trees 26 Species (23.21%), Climber 15 Species (13.39%), Straggler 7 Species (6.25%) and Twiner, Vine each 1 Species (0.89%) were recorded. The life form spectrum revealed the dominance of Phanerophytes (53.57%) and these were followed by the Therophytes (38.39%), Chameophytes (4.46%), Cryprophytes (2.68%), and Hemicryptophytes (0.89%). Phanerophytes were found higher than the normal biological spectrum which indicated the study area prevailing environment. Some rare plants have confined to these forests. Soil Physico-chemical parameter was analysed.

 Abstract

Making India self sufficient and technological advance to provide all the basic facilities to its people, with growing population , the demand is also increasing , with rapid urbanization , globalisation and industrialisation, we see more and more people have started living in the urban area ,around 50% of the population in India lives in the urban sector . Urban India is fast growing but sometimes in unplanned ways with lack of urban infrastructure and urban management system , where the rich people owns 60% of the resources .Urbanization is a product of social , political and economic development which has led to expansion of cities , change in the use of land and other natural resources and a revolution from rural to urban transformation and change in the government pattern , which calls for new measures and policies to make India smart with the use of technology and science by promoting smart agriculture system , smart healthcare facilities , smart education system , promoting urban mobility and the use of eco-friendly mode of transportation , Combining Nature and technology to bring about new innovation which will help in the fast development and growth of nation without hampering the environment followed by the construction of tree houses , use of solar energy in transportation , smart traffic management system and parking system with the help of IOT . India has access to sunlight 356 days which can produce maximum solar energy and provide electricity to remote areas .
