Healthcare data today is distributed across multiple hospitals and labs, often causing delays, privacy risks, and unauthorized access. Centralized systems are vulnerable to tampering and do not give patients real control over their medical information. This work presents a Blockchain-Based Healthcare Data Sharing and Access-Control System built using Ethereum smart contracts, IPFS storage, and a React-MetaMask DApp. Patients can upload medical records securely, with files stored on IPFS and their hashes recorded on the blockchain for immutability. Doctors request access through the system, and patients approve or reject these requests in real time. Approved doctors receive a secure, time-limited IPFS link, ensuring controlled and privacy-preserving data sharing. The system is lightweight, cost-effective, and requires only a MetaMask-enabled browser. Experimental results show reliable smart-contract performance, accurate access-expiration logic, and secure file-integrity verification. The proposed solution enhances transparency, privacy, and patient ownership of healthcare data, demonstrating the effectiveness of blockchain for secure and scalable medical data sharing.

The Silent Noise Touch-Morse Code Communicator is an innovative system designed to enable silent, smooth, and multilingual communication using a touch-based Morse code interface. The project introduces a modern approach where users can send messages by simply tapping dots and dashes on a touch-sensitive surface. These touch signals are detected, processed, and decoded into English text, which is then translated into multiple Indian languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. This system is especially helpful for people with speech or hearing impairments and can also be used in places where speaking is not possible or allowed, such as hospitals, defence operations, and noisy public environments.

The physical demands of cricket necessitate a blend of endurance, strength, speed, and agility. This study examines how cricket players' biomotor fitness and physiological parameters are affected by harness running and sand running. Strength, power, coordination, and endurance have all been enhanced by the application of resistance-based training techniques like sand running and harness. In cricket players between the ages of 18 and 30, the study intends to examine their individual and combined effects on speed, agility, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Cricket-specific fitness tests were used to evaluate pre-test and post-test performance metrics during a 12-week intervention. The findings show notable gains in speed, power, and reaction time; harness running is better for building strength, while sand running improves agility and endurance. The results help to improve athletic performance, injury prevention, and conditioning regimens tailored to cricket.

The study, "Exploring the Impact of Constructivist Lesson Planning on Teaching Effectiveness among B.Ed. Students in the Jammu Division," investigates the role of constructivist pedagogical approaches in enhancing the teaching effectiveness of future educators. Grounded in the principles of constructivism, which emphasize active learning, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving, this research seeks to evaluate the awareness, implementation, and outcomes of constructivist lesson planning among B.Ed. students. Using a structured Yes/No questionnaire, data was collected from a representative sample of B.Ed. students across the Jammu Division. The analysis focused on key areas, including awareness of constructivist methods, implementation challenges, and the impact on teaching confidence, student engagement, and overall teaching effectiveness. Preliminary findings reveal a positive correlation between the use of constructivist lesson planning and improvements in teaching effectiveness, with participants reporting increased confidence, better student understanding, and enhanced professional skills. However, challenges such as time constraints and insufficient resources were also identified. The study underscores the need for enhanced training and institutional support to foster the adoption of constructivist teaching methods. The findings hold significant implications for teacher education programs, advocating for a shift towards learner-centered pedagogical practices to prepare educators for 21st-century.

Ayurveda is a medical science that has evolved over centuries of practical experience. Ayurvedic acharyas have recognized and documented various insights and theories through their perceptive understanding. The fundamental principles of Ayurveda must be articulated and validated in the context of contemporary knowledge. Among the three upasthambhas--ahara, nidra, and bramhacharya--ahara holds the utmost significance. Both physical and mental health are influenced by the type of ahara consumed and the metabolic transformation of ahara, as well as its absorption by different cells; this concept is referred to as dhatu-poshana nyaya in classical texts. The term Dhatus in Ayurveda pertains to the physiological aspects of essential nutritional and structural components of the body. Ahara Rasa serves as the foundation for nourishing the Dhatus, with Dhatu nutrients being sequentially nourished from Ahara Rasa to Shukra. Acharya employed Nyaya to elaborate on this concept. Dhatu Poshan Nyaya provides a comprehensive understanding of how Dhatus are formed and how the conversion of Ahara Rasa occurs within the Saptdhatus. Rakta Dhatu is crucial for longevity and survival in humans, and its formation is a continuous process that sustains life. To grasp tissue formation, it is vital to comprehend the Ayurvedic principles that elucidate the transformation of Ahara Rasa into Dhatus. Ahara must undergo digestion by Pachakagni, Dhatvagni, and Bhutagni. Each Dhatu nourishes itself and in turn nourishes another Dhatu. The theories of Dhatu Poshan Nyaya are interconnected, forming a sequential process where each step follows the previous one, akin to the gradual transformation of nutrients into body tissues (Dhatus) or the stepwise differentiation of stem cells into specialized cells. Modern science describes the formation of blood cells during the embryonic phase, involving mesenchymal cells followed by hematopoietic cells. Acharyas proposed theories regarding tissue nutrition and the conversion of tissue nutrients into bodily elements through Dhatu Poshan Nyaya, which includes Khseera Dadhi Nyaya (law of transformation), Kedari Kulya Nyaya (law of transportation), Khale Kapot Nyaya (law of selectivity), and Ek Kala Dhatu Poshan Nyaya (simultaneous supply of nutrients to the entire body).

Cloud security attacks are activities carried out by attackers using cloud computing architecture to get access to sensitive data or resources. These attacks use unauthorized access to cloud resources and data. Cloud security attacks are intentional and exploit common flaws or misconfigurations in cloud infrastructure. Cyber security ensures the security, integrity, and secrecy of communication, life, integration, real or intangible assets, and data in an electronic environment created by institutions, companies, and individuals in information systems. In conclusion, cyber security guarantees the safety of virtual existence on cyber networks. Cyber security protects the infrastructure of information systems, including data integrity and confidentiality. The basic goal of cyber security is to protect the data of individuals and institutions on the internet. These days, cyberattacks are more than just straightforward computer attacks; they also target large corporations and state governments. A strong cyber security policy is the only way to stop each example of a cyberattack. Strong security measures are now crucial due to the growing use of cloud services for vital processes.

Transdermal patches offer a promising alternative route for the delivery of anti-diabetic drugs, aiming to improve glycemic control and patient compliance. The present work focuses on the development of a metformin-loaded transdermal patch using hydrophilic polymers such as HPMC and PVA to obtain a swell able matrix capable of providing zero-order release. Suitable plasticizers, permeation enhancers and backing membranes were selected to achieve adequate flexibility, skin adhesion and drug flux across the stratum corundum. The patches were prepared by solvent-casting technique and evaluated for thickness, drug content uniformity, folding endurance, moisture uptake and in-vitro drug release. In-vitro permeation studies through excised skin were performed to correlate release behavior with transdermal flux. The optimized formulation showed uniform drug loading, satisfactory mechanical properties and sustained permeation over an extended period, indicating its potential as a patient-friendly system for the management of diabetes.
