Anaemia is a common form of nutritional disorder, the principal cause of which is iron deficiency. It is prevalent in both industrialised and developing countries. Infants, children, woman of child bearing age, pregnant woman and elderly are considered to be particularly vulnerable to iron deficiency because their intake and absorption is poor. Iron deficiency is the most common signal nutrient deficiency disease in the world, affecting about 15% of the world population, 35% of woman and 43% of young children, it occurs when the body iron stores become depleted and a restricted supply of iron to various tissues become apparent. This may result in depletion of HB and iron-dependent intra-cellular enzymes participating in many metabolic pathways. Because there is the need for proper management of micro nutrient deficiencies most especially iron deficiency. The medicinal plant has enormous commercial potential throughout the globe. It is estimated that high quality phytomedicinal will provide Safe and effective medication in India, Ayurveda, siddha, Unani etc. Consist of large number of herbal remedies,. The medicinal plant has the potential to correct anaemia problems. There are so many plants like Tridax procumbens, Selenicereus Jatropha tanjorensis, Helianthus annuus, Amaranthus spinosus are used traditionally for the treatment of anaemia.

Currently, nanotechnology is the most promising leading potentials areas and scientific in modern key skill growth towards of the humanity. Current years have shown the great progress and significant roles in the study and propose of nonmaterial in the development of nanotechnology, biomedical, nanoscience and biological application. The Nano word is originated from word of Greek "Nano'' which intended for small and used as prefix for one billion parts. Nanoparticles are those which have in size range is 1-100nm and two and more than two dimensions. They have various shapes and sizes can be simply synthesized through adjusting the concentration and components such as cage like, rod like and others various types of shapes. Various studies of gold nanoparticles have studied fictionalization among various bimolecular, like as targeting ligands, genes, peptides, and other drugs. They conjugate among antibiotics of drugs show enhanced antiviral or antibacterial activity as compared to alone antibiotics of drugs. A unique electronic and optical properties it is widely used in the color indicating probes in the growth of analytical techniques whichever applicable for the sensing of different analytes. Thus, the aim of this article is spotlight on the gold nanoparticles, various methods of preparation, characterization techniques, and also focus on the properties. The methods will be used to prepare for gold nanoparticles are Physical Chemical and Biological. Evaluation parameters will be including U.V, DSC, DLS, FTIR, TEM, SEM, Zetasizer, and Invivo &Invitro respectively.

Om Prakash Valmiki holds a distinguished place in writing Dalit Literature. Dalit Literature generally refers to the specific category of literature that mainly focuses on the experiences, struggles, and social realities of the Dalit Community. The term 'Dalit' originates from Sanskrit 'dala', signifying 'of the soil' or 'rooted in the soil'. In Marathi, it refers to 'dalan' depicting 'being crushed', 'oppressed', or 'broken'. Dalits are individuals who have been oppressed and marginalized for centuries under Indian caste system. The main purpose of Dalit literature is to reveal the sorrows and sufferings of Dalit community and expose the non-Dalit's inhuman treatment towards the former group. Additionally, it also works as an eye-opener for the downtrodden making them realize the true potentials of being human beings. Joothan is a heart rendering autobiography of Om Prakash Valmiki. It is a moving, pathetic tale of the author and his family in particular and of the whole Dalit community in general. The author lays bare before us every detail of his traumatic experiences by describing his whole life. Thus, Om Prakash Valmiki's Joothan is about the journey of a Dalit family struggling for education and status in society. It is also the story of a Dalit family in search of dignity and identity in society through constant resistance in various forms. Valmiki's Joothan describes the poor living condition of the Chuhra Community. Their dwelling place lacks basic civil amenities and sanitation facilities. Their lives are just like pigs in dust and mud. They have to work hard for the upper caste Tyagas who very often ill-treat them and make them work without any pay. As a whole the author portrays the grim, dark realities of the oppressed class and the atrocities inflicted on them by the high caste people. The present paper aims at exploring how Dalits suffer at the hands of non-Dalits. It mainly focuses on how the autobiographer, journeying through hunger, social isolation and extreme humiliation, becomes successful in creating his own identity in society. Indeed, the work Joothan depicts the author's successful though bitterly painful journey towards his self-discovery.

The review study explores the impact of increasing temperatures due to climate change on pregnancy outcomes. The study analyzes various research articles published between 2016 and 2023 investigating the association between ambient temperature and adverse pregnancy outcomes. The review highlights that exposure to high temperatures during pregnancy is linked to increased risks of preterm birth, low birth weight, stillbirth, and congenital heart defects. The timing of heat exposure during gestation plays a crucial role, with different trimesters showing varying susceptibilities to temperature effects. Socioeconomic factors, maternal characteristics, and geographic location also influence the severity of these impacts. The review emphasizes the need for targeted interventions and adaptation strategies to protect pregnant women and infants from the health effects of rising global temperatures, particularly in vulnerable regions and populations.
