Agriculture and related industries are vital to India's economy since they provide a primary source of income for a large portion of the people. Accurate crop forecasting is critical for farmers and government agencies to make educated decisions about minimum support prices, crop storage, and trade facilitation through imports and exports. They can act quickly by estimating crop yields before harvest. Given the volume of data involved in crop prediction, the primary goal of this endeavour is to develop a model that can accurately identify different soil types and select acceptable crops.

This paper explores the influence of cultural contexts on the construction and critique of gender roles in Gowardhanram Tripathi's Saraswatichandra and Jane Austen's novels, including Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility. Despite their differing societal and historical settings, both authors reflect on the impact of deeply rooted cultural norms on women's autonomy, agency, and identity. This study examines themes such as familial expectations, societal constraints, and education, analyzing how cultural values shape gender roles and how women's resilience manifests in their efforts to navigate or challenge these roles. The analysis highlights the universal struggles of women against patriarchy, while also addressing the culturally specific nuances of these struggles

The Healthcare Talking Chatbot is an AI powered system designed to help users answer healthcare-related questions using NLP techniques and deep learning models. It uses a combination of the most popular Python libraries for numerical operations: NumPy data manipulation, such as Pandas NLTK for text processing, and TensorFlow/Keras for building deep learning models for intent classification. By processing user input in the form of symptoms or health-related queries, the chatbot identifies the relevant intent using a trained neural network model and provides appropriate responses or suggestions. The system enables users to engage in a conversation, receive personalized health information, and make informed decisions regarding their health. Furthermore, it promotes timely healthcare interventions by encouraging users to seek professional medical advice when needed. With its ability to understand and respond to various health related concerns, this chatbot aims to improve access to healthcare information, enhance user experience, and facilitate patient engagement. This solution serves as an innovative tool for delivering health assistance in an interactive and accessible manner, serving as a basic medical advisor for minor health issues.

Abstract In recent years, research on integration of sustainability into CSR strategies has witnessed a significant growth in interest. Initiatives pertaining to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are greatly enhanced by sustainable business practices. These efforts can include reducing carbon emissions, putting in place standards for ethical sourcing, encouraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace, helping out the community through volunteer work or philanthropy, and ensuring accountability and transparency in everything. By including corporate social responsibility (CSR) into their business plans, companies can enhance their brand, attract customers, and promote long-term profitability. They can also benefit society's social and environmental well-being. In order for businesses to have a beneficial impact on the environment and society in the modern world, sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are becoming crucial elements. As customers grow more aware of the consequences of their decisions, businesses are realizing how important it is to implement sustainable policies and demonstrating their commitment to CSR. This study explores the value of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability, as well as the opportunities and challenges of integration of sustainability into CSR. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy; CSR Sustainability; CSR Integration; Opportunities and Challenges.

As the business environment becomes increasingly competitive, organizations are compelled to maximize their capabilities. Ultimately, the success of these companies hinges on their human resources and effective business and marketing strategies, which are essential for gaining visibility in global markets. Consequently, network marketing has emerged as a widely adopted method to enhance the performance of both small and large logistics companies. Multi-level marketing is a strategy that encourages participants to promote a specific product within their social circles. The growing popularity of this approach can be attributed to the accessibility of modern social networks; however, it has existed in various forms long before the advent of the Internet, with the notorious pyramid scheme being a notable example of multi-level marketing that has been around for at least a century. The India Direct Selling Association (IDSA) has estimated that the network marketing industry will reach approximately Rs 9000 crores by the end of 2013. This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of how network marketing serves as a marketing strategy and tool for the development of logistics companies in the new millennium. The objective is to explore the roots of localized practices within the context of rapidly evolving globalization, thereby facilitating a pathway toward broader global integration.

Abstract: Monkeypox (mpox) is a zoonotic disease belonging to the Orthopoxvirus genus, usually transmitted through physical contact, respiratory fluids, and contaminated objects. This disease has become a global focus of attention due to its increasing prevalence since 2022. It is difficult to completely eliminate. In the secondary stage, direct contact with the virus, respiratory diseases, and sometimes sexual intercourse through person-to-person transmission become the primary route. The main problems include poor protection, direct contact with infected people or equipment, and animal interactions such as hunting or feeding animals. Diagnosis is based on genetic, clinical, and immunologic factors, and treatment is limited to antiviral drugs such as Tecovirimat, cidofovir, and immunoglobulin.

Recent advancements in skin absorption mechanisms and transdermal drug delivery have significantly enhanced the effectiveness of therapeutic treatments. The integration of 3D printing technologies into this field has opened new possibilities for personalized, precise, and controlled drug administration. 3D printing allows for the fabrication of custom drug delivery systems, such as patches or microneedles, that can be tailored to individual patient needs. These systems can improve skin absorption by optimizing the design and delivery rate of active ingredients through the stratum corneum. Moreover, innovations in material science and the ability to print bioactive compounds directly onto skin-adhering substrates have accelerated the development of transdermal delivery devices that bypass the first-pass metabolism, ensuring higher bioavailability. This review explores the latest advancements in 3D printing for transdermal drug delivery, examining materials used, fabrication techniques, and their implications for enhanced skin absorption. Additionally, the challenges and future prospects of these technologies in clinical applications are discussed, highlighting the potential for 3D-printed systems to revolutionize the way drugs are delivered through the skin.

Piper betel L. (locally known as Paan) is a widely distributed plant in the tropical and subtropical regions, its leaves being largely consumed as a mastication and mouth freshener. Piper Betel Linn. is an evergreen plant recognized for its diverse medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antifungal, antidiabetic, and anticancer activities. Historically, betel leaf extracts were commonly used in food preparation due to their flavour and aroma. The leaves contain various compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins, which contribute to these sensory qualities and health benefits.

When five or more than five used on regular bases that is defined as polypharmacy, and the interactions/ adverse drug reaction occur by using these multiple medications is defined as drug-drug interactions. This study possess the risk of DDIs are rising because of multimorbidity and age related changes, which can cause organ toxicity, organ failure, and can be a reason for hospitalization. In this study we had found that in India, 25% of the total population are in older age in which 49% have no sign of polypharmacy but other 51% include 26% of men's and 24% of women's which shows high prevalence of polypharmacy. In this study we also go through the strategies to call out the risk associated with polypharmacy and various common drug-drug interaction (DDIs) with clinical implications and geriatric risks.
