 Abstract

In the current era of big data, the protection of data privacy has emerged as a critical concern for organisations that manage large volumes of information. This article examines different methods and techniques used to protect data privacy in big data applications. The document explores various methods used in data protection, including traditional techniques such as data anonymization, encryption, and access control, as well as more recent advancements like differential privacy, homomorphic encryption, and secure multi-party computation. The article further explores the challenges that are linked to each method, such as scalability, computational overhead, and the trade-offs between data utility and privacy. The effectiveness and limitations of these methods are demonstrated through the presentation of case studies that showcase their application in real-world scenarios. The examination also includes the integration of privacy-preserving techniques into big data frameworks and the role of regulatory compliance in ensuring data privacy. The purpose of this comprehensive overview is to offer insights into the current state of data privacy in big data applications. It aims to provide guidance for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in developing strong strategies to preserve privacy.

 Abstract

Mid-day-meal scheme has been initiated by the government but its effectiveness depends in many ways on the involvement of community at large. School meals needed to boost to the advancement of elementary education, child nutrition, and social right. However, these achievements depend a great deal on the quality aspects of mid-day meals and therefore these issues need urgent attention if midday meal programme are to realize their full potential. In view of above, it is imperative to assess the constraints faced in implementation of the scheme and suggest remedial measure to overcome such constraints. For this investigation, samples were gathered using the cluster random sampling approach. In the Auraiya district (Uttar Pradeh), schools from Bidhuna Tehsil and Ajeetmal Community Development Block were chosen at random. Lack of clarity of objetives, inappropriate scientific and precise assessment of the impact of the scheme, huge gap between nutritional knowledge and normal health among teachers, students and parents were some of the constraints faced towards implementation of Mid-day meal scheme. With adequate resources and quality safeguards, mid-day meals can play a major role in improving school attendance, eliminating classroom hunger and fostering social equity. Qualitative improvements are urgently required to fill the gaps in a time bound manner if mid-day meals are to achieve their full potential. The benefits are intangible but beyond the preview of any measurement scale.

 Abstract

In accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 (2022), the contents of medical records must be kept confidential by all parties involved in health services even if the patient has died. All medical records unit officers are fully responsible for the completeness and provision of files that are needed by the hospital at any time. Officers must be able to ensure that these files are stored and organized properly and protected from the possibility of file theft or leakage of the contents of medical records. The aim of this research is to determine the security and confidentiality aspects of medical record documents in hospitals based on journal review literature. This research method uses a literature review or literature study design. This data search uses databases published on the internet via open access channels such as Google Scholar. The keywords used are "aspects of security and confidentiality of medical records", "hospital". The selected articles are articles that meet the inclusion criteria: maximum journal publication deadline of 5 years (2020-2024), while the exclusion criteria used are different research objectives, journals only display abstracts or not full text, journals cannot be downloaded, titles and the same author but different sources. After searching for scientific articles via the Google Scholar channel, 7 articles were found that met the inclusion criteria from a review of 2,550 research articles. Continue data processing by carrying out data extraction and data synthesis. The results of the research include that medical record security from a physical perspective, generally medical record documents use quality paper that does not tear easily, and good ink. The lighting conditions in the filing room are not fully in accordance with theory, generally there is an APAR but it is placed outside the medical records room. In terms of biological aspects: generally there is insect medicine used to prevent files from insect attacks, there is spraying every month to protect medical records from insect attacks. From the chemical aspect: generally there are still officers who bring food or drink near medical records, carry out activities such as eating and drinking in the filing room, and the prohibition on bringing food in the medical record unit storage room has not been implemented. From the aspect of confidentiality of medical records, efforts have generally been made to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of medical record documents, for example, there is a warning at the front entrance "Entry is prohibited for other than medical records officers, but this has not been implemented properly.

 Abstract

Transistored amplifier can handle more power than audio IC and its sound quality is far better than IC. This paper is about designing class AB amplifier with very little distortion and good thermal stability and flat frequency response. This paper is useful for hobbyist, students, technical beginners, sound engineers etc. A Careful designing is needed to avoid cross over distortion and heating of output transistors. This paper also mentioned some techniques of reduction of noise, slew induced distortion, modification of band width. This paper not only describes circuit design and construction of 100 watt class AB power amplifier but also frequency response curves and CRO results. In this circuit I have used TIP 31C and 32C medium power transistor so one can expended output power by increasing supply voltage and adding more power transistors in output stage.

In a highly competitive market, customer churn is one challenge that threatens profitability and growth. This project introduces Proactive Churn Analysis, the system that uses machine learning models and predictive analytics to pick up at-risk customers through early analysis of transaction history, product usage patterns, feedback, and engagement level. Unlike traditional reactive approaches, this system offers real-time monitoring and early warning alerts to enable banks to undertake timely and targeted retention strategies like offering personalized offers, improved support services, or financial incentives. Sentiment analysis detects dissatisfaction in customer interactions that could be deeper insights into concerns. User-friendly dashboards visualize data for effective decision-making. The scalable and adaptive design will address the complexity of customer behavior and banking services, which reduce churn rates and increase trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. This data-driven, innovative approach improves customer satisfaction, drives revenue, and helps banks achieve sustainable growth in a competitive market.

 Abstract

The adolescent has to make many adjustments in life (Elliot, 2000).This adjustment can be physical, emotional, social and educational. Research has shown that adolescents who have been victims of corporal punishment at home are at greater risk of developing problem behaviours such as depressive symptoms, thoughts of suicide, addiction towards drugs and alcohol etc. (Straus and Kantor, 1994). Problem is to find whether conflict between young adults and their parents affect their adjustment in life. Objective is to investigate whether conflict between young adults and their parents affect their adjustment (Straus and Kantor, 1994).The variables of the study include Conflict Score as the independent variable and adjustment as the dependent variable. Adjustment related variable include Emotional Adjustment, Social Adjustment and Educational Adjustment. Hypotheses of the study were formulated. . Population consists of Plus 2 (age group 16-18 years) and 1st year degree college students (age group 18- 19 years) of Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and Hooghly districts of West Bengal from both urban and rural areas. Sample for Quantitative phase consisted of 545 students of Plus 2 and 1st year of college. Sample for Qualitative phase consisted of 30 students selected based on their Conflict Score. Tools of the study consisted of Conflict Scale- Questionnaire titled "Young Adults' Conflict with Parents" constructed by the investigator and Adjustment Inventory for School Students (Sinha and Singh,2005) Results showed that the correlation between Conflict Score and Emotional Adjustment is positive and significant at 1% level . That is, increased conflict has a deleterious effect on emotional adjustment. The correlation between Conflict Score and Social Adjustment is positive and significant at 1% level. As conflict increases social adjustment score increases which implies that increased conflict improves social adjustment. The correlation between Conflict Score and Educational Adjustment is positive and significant at 1% level. That is, conflict has a deleterious effect on Educational Adjustment (Sinha and Singh, 2005).Qualitative analysis was also done. The aggression that is generated from conflict has a potential of emotional maladjustment. It can destroy the young minds. It is a cause of concern for the future of our society. Not only does it call for parental education, but it also calls for more socially oriented teachers in high schools and colleges.

 Abstract

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)-related infertility is a global issue that is becoming more prevalent these days. There are over 5 million of them, or nearly 7% of all adult women. Women in the reproductive age range are typically affected by the illness. It is characterized by polycystic ovaries, persistent anovulation, and hyperandrogenism, which can result in infertility, hirsutism, acne, and irregular menstrual cycles. There are numerous pharmaceutical treatments available for polycystic ovarian syndrome. They have a number of adverse effects. These days, ginseng, tulsi, amla, flax seeds, cinnamon, chaste berries, fennel seeds, liquorice, curcumin, aloevera, and ginseng are among the herbal medications used to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome. Hormonal balance, decreased hirsutism, increased metabolic rate, and higher insulin sensitivity are only a few of its advantages versus negative effects. Women with PCOS benefited from the herbal plant without experiencing any negative side effects. Understanding the natural plants that can be used to treat diseases naturally is the goal of this review. You can use these herbs separately or in combination.

 Abstract

A comparison of the ternary circuit versus the binary circuit reveals that the ternary circuit is superior in terms of interconnect complexity, propagation time, and energy usage. The purpose of this work is to present a unique binary-to-ternary converter that makes use of a Double Pass-Transistor (DPL) that includes four bits as input and three trits as output. It is possible that this work may raise the data rate while simultaneously reducing the amount of power that is consumed, which is why it is so important. In addition to this, the converter that has been developed can also serve as a bridge between binary and ternary circuits. Simulation and testing of the suggested circuit are carried out with the help of a Micro-Cap V10 PSPICE simulator including CMOS process technology. Following that, it is compared to many binary-to-ternary converters in order to arrive at the conclusion that a considerable improvement was obtained.
