The present paper gives information regarding the plants or plant parts used for the different types of skin diseases by various tribal communities in Parinche Valley. The local inhabitant especially tribal communities are inherited rich traditional knowledge of the use of many plant crude drugs. One hundred eighty two plants used by tribes and natives for different ailments were documented; of which 29 flowering plant species were used for curative / preventive for skin diseases. The plant parts commonly used are leaves, fruit / stem latex and stem bark while very few rhizome or root of the plant or complete plant parts were used. It is easily available and non-destructive in nature and it also shows the conservative nature of the tribal. The tribal communities of the area depend on the herbal drug for their primary health care; which attributed partly to their socioeconomic and cultural conditions.

Abstract: This article explores the concept of Rasas in Caitanyacandrodaya, a Sanskrit devotional drama by Kavi Karnapura. The play, which dramatizes the life and teachings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, is deeply rooted in the classical Indian aesthetic theory of Rasas as expounded in the Natya Shastra. The analysis focuses on how the predominant Bhakti Rasa (devotional emotion) is evoked throughout the drama, along with other Rasas such as Shringara (divine love), Karuna (compassion), Adbhuta (wonder), and Shanta (tranquility). Through a close examination of key scenes, dialogues, and character interactions, the paper illustrates how Kavi Karnapura employs Rasas not only to engage the audience emotionally but also to convey profound theological and spiritual ideas central to the Bhakti movement. The blending of aesthetic pleasure with devotional experience in Caitanyacandrodaya demonstrates the transformative power of Rasas in creating a spiritually immersive theatrical experience.

BACKGROUND: The spastic foot, which is common in subjects after stroke, is characterized by "foot drop",this is due to planterflexion stiffness, dorsiflexion weakness, and a decreased ankle dorsiflexion range of motion (DF-ROM). So the purpose of this study was to find which technique among sham taping & PNF K taping is more effective to increase ROM ankle dorsiflexion, dynamic balance and walking speed in chronic stroke patients with foot drop. AIM: To study the effect of PNF K taping on range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion , dynamic balance and walking speed in chronic stroke patients with foot drop. METHODOLOGY: Subjects were selected by using simple random sampling. 58 subjects were selected by inclusion criteria. Subjects were evaluated for df,dynamic balance and walking speed by universal goniometer, berg balance and 10m walking test. subjects got treatment for 5 weeks for 4 consecutives. Patch test was done for the subjects who got kt treatment. Experimental group PNF K taping will be applied to hams and ta muscle followed by gait training 45-60min. Control group sham taping and gait training will be given for 45-60 min. RESULT: Long term effect were seen in both the groups. But PNF K Taping showed significant difference then Sham taping. CONCLUSION: In conclusion, this study demonstrates that PNF kinesio taping significantly enhances ankle dorsiflexion, dynamic balance, and walking speed in chronic stroke patients with foot drop compared to sham taping. These findings support the integration of PNF kinesio taping into rehabilitation protocols, offering a promising approach to improving functional outcomes in this population. Clinical Implication: According to the therapist both the techniques can be used to treat foot drop but PNF K Taping group is more effective then Sham taping in clinical practice in both techniques for Long term effects

Automated chest X-ray image classification is a critical tool for efficient and timely diagnosis of various pulmonary conditions. In this study, we propose a novel approach utilizing Manta Ray Optimization (MRO) in conjunction with state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, specifically Mobile Net and ResNet, for enhanced accuracy in classifying chest X-ray images. Mobile Net and ResNet are popular deep learning architectures known for their efficiency and high performance in image classification tasks. We leverage the strengths of Mobile Net and ResNet, integrating them with Manta Ray Optimization, an evolutionary algorithm inspired by the movement patterns of manta rays. The MRO algorithm helps optimize the model parameters and enhance the convergence speed during the training process, ultimately improving the classification accuracy.

The Sangam Poet Othalanthaiyar has sung songs only in the Akathinai tradition. There are 3 songs in kurunthokai (12,21, 329) and 100 songs in AinKurunooru (301 - 400) totaling to 103 Palaithinai Songs. Through these Poems, an attempt will be made to look at his poetic language in three ways, especially the language of Akathinai songs, the yappu and the Pa. Through this review article on the poetic language of Othalantaiyar, we can understand the way in which the Yappu structure and the subject structure are combined with the language structure of the Poet's time. Further, this research paper will explore the relationship between the Yappu, from and content of the Akathinai Poems Sung by this Poet.

Abstract: This paper explores the profound influence of Gothic elements on the cyberpunk genre, specifically through the analysis of William Gibson's Neuromancer and Ridley Scott's Blade Runner. Both works, while emblematic of cyberpunk, encapsulate key Gothic motifs such as existential dread, alienation, and the interplay between humanity and the monstrous, thereby enriching their narratives. In Neuromancer, the decay of physical and digital environments mirrors the Gothic fascination with ruin and decay, while the plight of the replicants in Blade Runner evokes themes of identity and mortality akin to traditional Gothic literature. This examination highlights how the dark, oppressive atmospheres, morally ambiguous characters, and supernatural-like technology present in these narratives serve to enhance the emotional and philosophical depth of their respective worlds. By interweaving Gothic elements with cyberpunk aesthetics, both Neuromancer and Blade Runner challenge conventional notions of humanity, consciousness, and the nature of existence, ultimately creating a unique narrative space where the uncanny thrives in a technologically advanced yet morally decaying future. This exploration aims to demonstrate that the Gothic tradition significantly shapes the thematic concerns of cyberpunk literature and film, offering a lens through which to understand the complex relationship between technology, identity, and the human condition.

This study explores the historical and cultural importance of the Mandloi (Mandavya-Vyas) royal family within the Prashnora Nagar Brahmin community following the catastrophic invasion by Alauddin Khilji in Vikram Samvat 1305 (1362 CE). The research examines the tragic massacre of the Prashnora Nagar Brahmins in Daspur (present-day Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh) and the subsequent migration led by the Mandloi family. Utilizing historical documents, religious texts, and oral narratives, this work reveals the Mandloi family's crucial role in safeguarding cultural and religious traditions and discusses their socio-cultural impact on the Malwa region. The findings underscore the resilience of the Prashnora Nagar Brahmins and highlight the broader implications of historical migrations and cultural preservation.
