Wrist ganglion cyst is a fluid-filled lump that occurs near a joint or tendon in the wrist. 60% to 70% wrist ganglion cyst is present on the dorsal aspect, often arising from dorsal scapho-lunate ligament while only 13% to 20% of ganglion cysts is present on volar aspect. It feels much like a firm rubber ball while on palpation. These are usually painless but it may compress nearby structures, causing discomfort to the patient. The symptoms for ganglion cyst include palpable mass, aching in the wrist that may also radiate up to the patient's arm, tenderness, pain while performing activity, weakness of grip strength and decreased range of motion. Conservative and surgical approaches have been used for treatment of the cyst. Various conservative treatment methods are also suggested such as reassurance, aspiration, sclerosant injection, and direct compression. But, acceptable treatment of choice is still not known, because each suggested method has high chance of recurrence rate. So, a case study of 23-year-old female with recurrence of dorsal wrist ganglion cyst after a month of surgical procedure was taken for the physiotherapy management using therapeutic ultrasound along with grip strengthening exercise for 3 weeks. This study shows the effectiveness of therapeutic ultrasound along with the grip strengthening exercise which had improved this condition with our targeted aims and objectives. This study investigates the functional properties, nutritional composition, and antinutritional factors of pasta formulated with whole wheat flour, roasted little millet flour, and soaked soybean flour. The functional properties, including water and oil absorption capacities and solubility index, were analyzed for wheat, little millet, and soybean flours. The processing treatments, such as roasting for little millet and soaking for soybean, improved nutrient bioavailability by reducing antinutritional factors like tannins and phytic acid. Nutritional analysis revealed that roasting little millet enhanced its carbohydrate and fat content while soaking soybean increased protein digestibility. The pasta formulations were prepared in varying proportions using an extruder, and the results demonstrate that these treatments enhance the nutritional and functional qualities of the final product, making it a potential option for nutritionally enriched and functional food applications.

Education forms an important marker of human development. It is associated with the enrollment at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. Since independence, Government of India has implemented number of programmes at all levels of education including Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, Mid-Day Meal, National Literacy Mission, Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Right to Education) Act 2010 etc., for achievement of educational goals. Along with these, higher education has also gained remarkable attention. Reform initiative such as National Education Policy (NEP) is the milestone in the higher education. The higher education system of India plays a pivotal role in the nation's development. Higher education institutions need to integrate lifelong learning skills into their education to help students gain competencies to cope with real life problems and work in business world. However, in spite of many initiatives taken by the Government, higher education is not able to make the students employable in India. There has always been a dilemma of quality versus quantity resulting into either Gross Enrolled Ratio (GER) or Quality Education (QE). Indian economy is constantly growing up. It is a challenge for higher education Institutes to mould its human resources according to the requirements of the nation. The present paper discusses the importance of higher education for economic development, resource utilization and cultural preservation. The paper also aims to study current status and importance of higher education in North East India, understand the role or place of life skills in lifelong learning and achieving quality education and to study the problems and challenges in front of higher education in Northeast India.

Intra muscular injection are the most frequently used invasive device in hospitalised patients. They are commonly associated with complications such as vascular damage, muscle contracture, nerve injury due to IM injection and injections site reactions such as redness and swelling, which may occur. It causes further necrotizing fasciitis. In such cases after debridement of necrosed infected wound skin loss occurs which posing a challenge for surgeons to cover the wounds. As a result, in the last few decades, various techniques such as negative pressure therapy, partial and full-thickness skin grafts, and the use of different flaps have been implemented. This article aims to discuss the use of skin grafts to manage the necrotizing fasciitis. It will also present a case study of a 44-year-old male patient who suffered with necrotizing fasciitis due to intra muscular injection complication over right gluteal region, wound bed prepared by surgical necrotectomy or wide sharp debridement with giving antibiotics according to culture and sensitivity. The wound was covered with a split thickness skin graft, which showed good evolution and excellent aesthetic results.
