Fingerprint authentication is widely used for biometric identification due to its unique and stable nature. It is commonly employed in smartphones and high-security facilities to accurately verify identities. Traditional fingerprint recognition methods have relied on extracting features such as ridge endings, minutiae points, and bifurcations. However, these conventional techniques may struggle with distorted, low-quality, or partial fingerprint images. In recent years, the advancement of deep learning, especially Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), has significantly improved image recognition and computer vision. CNNs are a type of deep learning algorithms well-suited for processing grid-like data, such as images. Utilizing CNNs for fingerprint authentication presents an opportunity to improve the accuracy, robustness, and adaptability of biometric systems, making them more reliable in real-world scenarios. This article delves into the use of CNNs in fingerprint authentication systems, exploring their advantages, challenges, and practical implementation

This research examines data-driven strategies to enhance women's economic participation on a global scale, with a specific focus on aligning 51% of Indian women with governmental schemes according to eligibility. The study investigates how leveraging technology and data analytics can break down barriers to women's economic empowerment, assess the effectiveness of existing programs, and scrutinize the scalability of such models. It evaluates global and regional strategies, highlighting both successes and challenges, particularly in developing nations. The study further dissects the role of digital literacy, government accountability, and socio-economic structures in ensuring the success of data-driven initiatives aimed at improving women's financial inclusion. Consequently, it concludes that a multi-dimensional approach combining technological and socio-economic interventions is essential for achieving sustainable results in women's economic empowerment.

Delhi faces severe air pollution, especially during winter months when pollutant concentrations frequently exceed safe levels. The city's air quality is compromised by various factors, including vehicular emissions, industrial activities, dust from construction, and seasonal biomass burning. Real-time monitoring of pollutants like PM2.5, PM10, nitrogen dioxide (NO?), sulfur dioxide (SO?), and ammonia (NH?) is critical to understanding the pollution patterns and developing forecasting models. An air quality forecasting system uses historical and real-time data, combined with machine learning models, to predict pollution levels for future hours or days. This system incorporates variables such as traffic density, weather conditions, and emissions data to offer accurate forecasts of pollutant concentrations. The goal is to provide early warnings that allow authorities and citizens to take preventive measures. This forecasting and early warning system is essential for mitigating health risks, particularly for vulnerable populations such as children, the elderly, and those with respiratory conditions. The data-driven predictions enable proactive actions, such as traffic restrictions, industrial activity limits, and advisories for staying indoors during high-pollution periods. However, challenges persist in improving model accuracy and public compliance. Despite the availability of early warnings, public awareness and adherence to recommendations are often inadequate. Enhancing data integration from a wider range of sources and improving forecast resolution can increase the effectiveness of the system.

This research paper explores the role of neuroscience in understanding and predicting consumer behavior, particularly in the context of purchase decisions. Traditional market research has been largely dependent on self-reported data, which can be unreliable due to the biases of conscious thought processes. Neuroscience offers a more precise approach by analyzing the subconscious processes that drive consumer decision-making. This paper examines key neuroscientific techniques and their application in marketing, focusing on how understanding brain mechanisms can lead to more accurate predictions of consumer behavior

The objective of teaching English language for L2 learners is to impart necessary language skills, correct the errors and motivate the learner to develop required competencies. Learning process can be conducive if teaching is relevant to learner needs and goals. Though, teaching and learning process is defined as dissemination of knowledge from teachers to students, it is coupled with several inevitable factors like delivering, stimulating, and assessing. The researchers of ESL do approve that there is no single method or approach that is suitable to develop the necessary language skills of a student as each learner differs from other in his/her learning approach and style. The objective of the paper is to emphasize the importance of Differentiated Teaching and Assessment (DIA) approach to impart critical thinking skills and communicative competencies among the students at engineering colleges. The paper not only highlights the importance of DIA in mixed ability ESL classrooms but also discusses the teacher's role in scaffolding English Language Learners (ELLs) by selecting tailored assignments for students in terms of their abilities.

The concept of "suicide as a contaminated sympathetic disease" introduces a new paradigm for understanding the propagation of suicidal ideation and behavior through social, environmental, and emotional factors. This conceptualization suggests that suicide can spread much like a contagious disease, affecting those who are emotionally and psychologically susceptible. By examining the mechanisms of social influence, empathy, and media impact, this framework aims to deepen our understanding of the complexities surrounding suicide contagion. The paper highlights the need for comprehensive preventive measures, including responsible media reporting, targeted community interventions, and systemic support for at-risk populations.

Due to their extreme significance, surveillance and disaster response and environmental monitoring missions using UAVs have emerged. However, because navigation during such an environment characterized by the presence of many conflicting objectives such as minimum flight time, minimum energy consumption and obstacle avoidance is very challenging, the goal of the present work is to propose an MOPSO method that may be used in improving path planning of UAVs under dynamic conditions with the ability to balance multiple objectives. It is observed from simulation results that this methodology supports scalable and real-time UAV operation with better performances in many kinds of environments than typical methods. This work provides a robust strategy to improve the reliability and effectiveness of UAV missions.

Although, Green finance is a new topic for the world. But the reality is different. It is a topic that has existed since the birth of spices. Yes, after the massive global warming condition, industrialists, government, businessmen, politicians, etc. start talking about it. So many researchers already published their work on this topic. All research shows the importance of greenery on earth. So in this research paper, we are working on that concept which is a little bit old means greenery or a little bit new means finance. So this paper is based on green finance. In this research paper, we try to understand the potential of blockchain technology in the dominion of green finance. This paper focuses on the impact of blockchain in enhancing transparency, accountability and efficiency within sustainable investments. So as researchers, we are focusing on energy distribution, waste management, and water resource monitoring. We also try to understand that how blockchain and tokenization can bolster liquidity in the green bond market, with a keen eye on the implications for the Paris Climate Agreement. In this paper we are not only focusing on the challenges of blockchain but also we focus on regulatory frameworks and funding gaps in the renewable energy sector. It underscores the necessity of tailored international regulations to fully unlock blockchain's potential in driving sustainable development. So overall, this research paper seeks to deliver valuable insights into how blockchain can be harnessed to advance green finance and address environmental concerns.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this literary analysis is to deepen the causes of resistance to change and the methods of overcoming it based on the results of various collected scientific articles. A total of twenty international journals were found from various online platforms including EBSCOhost, Emerald Insight, Google Scholar. The results of the discussion show that resistance to change can be caused by personal factors such as low motivation and situational factors such as increased job security. In addition, there are seven ways to mitigate resistance to change, such as increasing participation. Organizational change is necessary for external demands and internal development, but often faces resistance from both employees and stakeholders. Understanding the root causes of this resistance and developing effective strategies to overcome it is critical to successful change management.
