This study focuses on creating a novel approach for improving public cloud security by adopting blockchain technology with containerization. This new methodology includes assigning each employee an individual container, isolating work environment, and logging everything that happens in the containers on an immutable ledger using blockchain. Containers facilitate workload separation in a light and scalable way, and blockchain guarantees a secure, transparent, and tamper-proof audit trail for activities, thus providing greater control and visibility in public cloud infrastructures. The approach addresses some of the critical challenges regarding unauthorized access, data breach, and compliance, thereby providing a strong framework in the context of secure cloud computing. This we do using a multitude of simulations, both at keeping integrity, security in operation, and scalability of the data. It concludes by postulating the prospects of this methodology in actual multi-industrial application and further a discussion on potential futures research directions.

In the history of India, due to the caste system, there was inequality among the people and the untouchables were denied and exploited from land, power and education. In this background, Ambedkar's research found that land ownership is a symbol of self-respect and self-reliance for human life. Due to Ambedkar's influence, the Dalit movement in Karnataka has a history of providing ownership of more than 4 lakh acres of land to the exploited communities by shaping land struggles. So this article objectively convinces how important land ownership is for human life.

The criminal justice system can be quite complex, especially in an attempt to punish criminals unfairly. The society hopes that the system will be efficient and expeditious, but the protection of individual rights and justice will be largely distributed. Ultimately, balancing these goals is ideal, but controlling crime and punishing criminals quickly can be challenging, while also ensuring that our constitutional rights are not violated while providing justice. There are two more or less separable complexes of need to be investigated as one approaches the central question of the limits of criminal law. One complex of issues concern called the ideology of the criminal law, such as questions about the nature and purposes of criminal punishment. The major premise of this article is that the shape of the criminal process has a significant impact on questions about the wise use of criminal approval and how these two models impact the Indian Criminal Justice System.

Abstract: The Indian banking sector plays a crucial role in the nation's economic growth. To ensure its stability and resilience, stress testing has become a vital tool. The Indian banking sector has evolved significantly over the past decades, facing numerous economic challenges, regulatory changes, and global market uncertainties. Amid these, stress testing has emerged as a crucial tool to assess the resilience of banks under adverse conditions. This paper examines the relationship between stress testing practices and the financial performance of Indian banks. It explores how stress tests help identify vulnerabilities and enhance financial stability, focusing on recent developments, regulatory frameworks, and empirical data from major Indian banks. The paper also analyzes the role of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in promoting stress testing practices.

This paper critically examines the social impacts of neo-liberal policies in India since the 1991 economic reforms. While the reforms led to high economic growth, they have also exacerbated income inequality, marginalized vulnerable populations, and contributed to the informalization of labor. Drawing on data from governmental and non-governmental sources, this study explores how neoliberalism has deepened the urban-rural divide, affected marginalized communities, and reshaped India's labor market. The paper concludes by offering insights into potential policy reforms to mitigate the social costs of neo-liberalism and promote greater inclusivity.

The Covid-19 widespread has been one of the defining events in later history. It has influenced millions of lives and has had an effect on each division of civilization. No matter the space, the widespread has constrained it to actualize radical and imaginative changes. Instruction and the scholarly community have been identified as one such division that has been affected most adversely due to the widespread. Disturbing the age-old classroom setup, the widespread has constrained instructive institutions like schools and colleges to execute 'online classes'. However, the assessment angle of instruction remains to be wanted. Numerous programmed online exam proctoring frameworks have been proposed for online examinations amid this Covid-19 pandemic but they have certain impediments like less and wrong functionalities. In this paper, we construct a keen exam monitoring framework, which addresses numerous of the problems with past frameworks, to offer assistance teach maintain a strategic distance from malpractices during the exams.

The most prevalent medical conditions among people are skin disorders. More than 60% of the general population is impacted, and patients and their families may experience emotional and psychological stress as a result. The most prevalent skin conditions that call for long-term therapy include dermatitis, eczema, acne, urticaria, psoriasis, and skin allergies. Skin conditions are often disregarded in medical care, most likely because they are not usually fatal. Even health care administrators, who have other competing responsibilities in the public domain, fail to fully recognize or take seriously the morbidity resulting from these issues. Because urticaria, or Udarda, has a complex and varied mechanism, a variety of drugs are frequently used to treat it. Modern medicine can temporarily relieve symptoms, but it cannot completely heal an illness; therefore, patients must take medication for an extended period of time, which may have unintended side effects. Therefore, research for substitute treatments with better safety records is required. The mode of action of Kunjal is directly concerned with the digestive system by purifying the stomach and cleans the entire body. As of yet, contemporary medicine has not developed a medication that can permanently treat this illness. Unfortunately, modern science does not now offer any effective treatments. In Ayurveda, the primary treatment for the illness is Shodhan karma. Reviewing the effectiveness of the Kunjal Kriya cleansing technique in light of Ayurvedic principles has been attempted.

Abstract To seek a land that fulfils all their ambitions, wishes and desires has been the most earnest quest of humans for the last many generations. Ready to invest their wherewithal of their skills, talent, hard work and investment of all kinds with the sole purpose to achieve those eluding and missing attainments, the land of America seems to them to be the most fertile for them. Each individual, with their unique dream, has their own definition of what constitutes an American Dream. But those definitions when collectively defined, are impossible to be stated in a standard characterization due to their heterogeneity and because of the changes made in their description with each passing era. Lawrence R. Samuel's odyssey to seek the Holy Grail of the meaning of the phrase called the American Dream results in an assortment of diverse meanings which depends on an individual's viewpoint of what it is. Throughout his investigative book, Samuel endeavours to dissect and decode the phrase through multiple sources with the ultimate aim to fathom the ethos of America which binds people to her. Diving deep into the idea of the American Dream, the author encompasses the entire spectrum of the belief through multiple determinants. In his sincere pursuit, the author stumbles upon a plethora of findings that shed light on the conundrums that the phrase poses. The firmly held belief of the American Dream which lacks unanimity, is thoroughly examined through numerous perspectives by the author to attempt to fathom the term.
